摘 要 淀粉塑料是一种替代通用塑料新型可降解的塑料。其具有制备工艺简单,而且成本较低容易实现的优点。淀粉塑料具有优良的生物降解性、阻氧性以及易与其它材料复合等优点,可广泛用于食品、农业、纺织和医疗卫生等行业。 本实验采用单螺杆挤出的加工方法制备了淀粉塑料棒材,研究了不同的配方对淀粉塑料性能的影响。重点测试了淀粉塑料的耐水性能和机械性能,并且测定了淀粉塑料的流变性能曲线。 研究结果表明,采用单螺杆挤出成型制样,所得样品的塑化完全,流变性能较好。经过改性后的淀粉制备出来的热塑性淀粉塑料的耐水性比前期制备的淀粉塑料要好;综合考虑,加入交联剂后改善了淀粉塑料的耐水性能,同时对淀粉塑料的流变性能、塑化性能基本上保持稳定。 关键词:热塑性淀粉; 交联剂; 耐水性能; 机械性能Abstract the starch plastic is the plastic which one kind of substitution general plastic new may degrade. It has the preparation craft to be simple, moreover the cost is low the merit which easy to realize. The starch plastic has the fine biological degradability, the anti- oxygen as well as easily with other materials compound and so on merits, but widely uses in professions and so on food, agriculture, spinning and weaving and health. this experiment used the processing method which the single screw rod squeezed out to prepare the starch plastic rods and bars, has studied the different formula to the starch plastic performance influence. Has tested the starch plastic water resistant performance and the mechanical property with emphasis, and has determined the starch plastic changing performance curve. the findings indicated that uses the single screw rod extrusion molding system type, the obtained sample's plasticizing is complete, the changing performance is good. After the process modification's starch prepares the thermosplastic starch plastic's water resistance is friends with compared to the earlier period preparation's starch plastic; The overall evaluation, after joining the crosslinking agent, improved the starch plastic water resistant performance, simultaneously to the starch plastic's changing performance, the plastified performance basically maintains stable. key word: Thermosplastic starch; Crosslinking agent; Water resistant performance; Mechanical property
