Abstract: China is on the social transferring period currently, and the people courts take case ending as the final purpose of civil judgment. In the background of constructing harmonious society, exerting to reinforce lawsuit intermediation becomes an important development of solving judgment difficulty. Therefore, we try to strengthen the intermediation to boost the unification of judgment between law effect and society effect by constructing pre-judged intermediate system of civil cases. However, along with the reforms and opening to the outside world as well as the continuous development of socialism market economy, it is anxious that the bugs and new problems of existing civil lawsuit intermediation system are emerging. Hence, it is my opinion that it is necessary to solve the bugs and new problems of existing civil lawsuit intermediation system in new period.
