Of heavy metals pollution of vegetable food safety is the important content of influence, especially heavy metal cadmium (Cd), by inhibiting vegetables plant cell division and elongation, stimulating and inhibit some enzymatic activity, and hurt membrane system, thus affect vegetable growth and edible safety. This experiment with peas as materials, using different concentrations of aqueous boron and cadmium seedlings of research boron pea pea under cadmium stress influence of seedling physiological and biochemical. Experiment used vegetable in cultivating cultivation, eppendorf tube method during add boron and cadmium. After incubation periods, testing the chlorophyll content, growing leaves, stems, and roots of electrical conductivity, SOD, MDA and cadmium content, studied the influence of cadmium accumulation of cadmium stresses and boron the soothing effects. The results show that cadmium suppresses superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity and reduce the chlorophyll and MDA content, make the peas exhibit certain suffer symptoms. And to add 25 muon M/L of boron can significantly improve the activity of SOD, slowing the MDA content increased rate, thereby improving the ability of cadmium stress resistance peas.
