特点是将新修订的GSP和旧有的GSP进行比较，我们发现了一些改变。首先新修订的GSP体现了很多新的理念，例如把药品流通管理纳入了管理范围内，并且加强了管理要求，目的在于扫除质量控制方面的盲点，对质量进行全面监督。同时流通质量控制方面要求尤为严格，在质量控制方面，实效性得到了强化，整体上真实性得到了空前加强，同时对工作人员的计算机水平和资质提出了较高要求。
