用左旋T_4建立大鼠甲状腺功能亢进模型的实验研究--《西北国防医学杂志》2006年01期本文献来源中国知网 目的:用含左旋T4的药物(优甲乐)灌胃建立大鼠甲状腺功能亢进(甲亢)模型。方法:每天以两种不同剂量(60μg/100g体重,30μg/100 g体重)的优甲乐灌胃,定期记录大鼠的心率(尾动脉脉搏)、收缩压、体重,放免法测定大鼠血清T3、T4。取大鼠心脏称重及HE染色做组织病理检查。结果:甲状腺功能亢进大鼠的血清T3、T4水平较对照组明显升高(P<),该组动物的心率、心脏重量,心肌细胞大小也显著高于对照组(P<)。结论:优甲乐是一种有效建立大鼠甲亢模型的药物。【作者单位】:第四军医大学西京医院核医学科 陕西西安710032【关键词】:甲状腺功能亢进;优甲乐;T3;T4【分类号】:R-332【DOI】:cnki:ISSN:【正文快照】:甲状腺功能亢进症(简称甲亢,HT,Hyperthy-roid ism)是一类由于血液中甲状腺激素(T3、T4)异常增高所导致的多系统高代谢症候群以及高兴奋症状。建立大鼠甲亢模型对基础研究意义重大,以往文献报道[1~3]用干甲状腺片建立甲亢大鼠模型所需时间普遍偏长(50 d左右),本文介绍一种相对Objective: To establish the rat's hyperthyroidism model with Euthyrox containing : Two different doses of Euthyrox were administered to rats by intragastric tube every day,rat's heart rate(caudal(artery) pulse),systolic pressure,and body weight were detected regularly and serum T_3、T_4 concentration were(determined) by 's heart samples were removed,weighted and stained with HE to obtain the pathologic result of cardiac : The concentrations of serum total T_3 and T_4 were increased(remarkably) in those rats with hyperthyroidism(P<).Compared to control group,the rat's heart rate,weight of heart and cardiac muscle cell's transverse diameter of the experimental group increased significantly(P <()).Conclusion: Euthyrox is an effective drug to establish rat's hyperthyroidism model.
