本实验采用猪霍乱沙门氏菌cvcc503(6,7:O:1,5)实验感染小鼠,观察其感染和带菌消长情况。方法 小鼠经口感染菌种(菌悬液浓度为×107 CFU/ml ~3•0×108 CFU/ml),并临床观察,检测其指标。结果 通过对小鼠平均增重记录,IgG抗体含量检测,组织学观察等研究结果提示试验昆明系幼鼠可被猪霍乱沙门氏菌cvcc503感染及带菌,复制沙门氏菌病模型成功,为进一步研究猪霍乱沙门氏菌提供参考。Salmonella choleraesuis used in this experiment cvcc503 (6,7: O: 1,5) experimentally infected mice, to observe the situation of infection and carrier dynamics.
