Domestic violence has been the whole of society and the world are the hot issues of common concern, it is against the victim's physical and mental health, but also undermines family harmony, is a factor of social instability. Because of repeated domestic violence, there are various aspects of natural causes. First of all, there is no domestic violence for a clear legal basis, only the relevant provisions of law scattered throughout various departments; followed in the judicial practice of evidence also exist, such as difficult, hard on many issues such as sanctions, can not give the protection of victims, as well as at the time; the public for the sensitive issue of domestic violence is also a lack of awareness. Although experts and scholars on the issue has attracted attention, and a wide range of research, but this does not mean the problem will be solved. Fundamentally solve the problem of domestic violence is a long and difficult process requiring the concerted efforts of relevant departments, should be given sustained attention. Refused to domestic violence, building a harmonious society requires the joint participation of society as a whole.
