Notes on Pros&Cons of Direct Selling Abstract: this thesis recognizes and makes insentive study on direct selling through detail analysis on traditional marketing, pyramid selling, ilegal pyramid selling and direct selling's concept. Then it looks into the pros and cons of direct selling in Chnese Market by synthesizing the document literature at home and abroad from The National Library of China, retrospecting the couse and current status of direct selling development in China, and founds the way to gid rid of the disadvantages while promoting the advantages of direct selling on the base of the successful cases: Dell's telephone selling and Avon's transconformation. The purpose of this thesis is to make the product direct selling applied in a reasonable right way in the commodity market, to help direct distributor correct the improper aspect for Chese commodity market, so that the direct selling can develop better.
