Curry Chicken is what I think is the easiest to do. You gotta buy those prepared Curry cubes. Those cubes are curry seasoning with other necessary seasoning like salt and pepper condensed into cubes. Sometimes there's a sauce version of those cubes, those are fine too. Grab whatever you like in the grocery store.Buy some chicken breast. Dice chicken meat. Put it in a bowl. Marinate the meat in 1 teaspoon cooking wine, 1 teaspoon soy sauce, a pinch of sugar and a dash of salt, if you prefer you can drop some scallion in it too. Marinate about 10 minutes. During this time you can dice up potatos and carrots, whatever veg you want. Stirfry the chicken meat first, remeber the oil should be hot in the wok when you put in the meaat. Then when the chicken meat turns white, put in potato and carrot, cook a little bit. add water if necessary. when chicken's tender and potato's soft, put in those curry cubes or sauce. stirfry a bit more. then it's done.
