Abstract:The finance lease is a way of financial intermediation which integrates funds and equipment closely through low-cost specific procedures in the short-term. It has a unique advantage of promoting enterprise transformation and technological progress to improve the competitiveness of products. Currently, leasing is highly valued as "sunrise industry" in Western countries. The financial leasing industry is still in its infancy, which has a lot of problems in the respect of social awareness, funding sources, internal management, government support, personnel training and external environment. It not only results in a greatly constraint in the development of financial leasing industry but also has huge development potential. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to accelerate the development of financial leasing industry, which has become an important issue in front of us. This paper aims at proposing for accelerating the development of financing lease by analyzing the existing problems of the financial leasing industry in the development process of our country. This paper is divided into four parts: First, it simply sets forth the concept of financial leasing and features; Secondly, it analyses the current development of finance leases in our country; thirdly, it analyses the main problems of financial leasing in China; finally, it proposes to speed up the development of financial leasing industry.
