Thus TV stations in every and each level are competing to offer auch programs, as the direction towards the reform of their journalism scholars have even regarded it as the third-time television revolution in China over the last decade. From ‘Nanjing Zero distance’ to gradual TV programs amongst nationwide local TV stations that focus on livelihood news, these hot programs have wined majorities of audience hearts and set a miracle TV rating. Since then, competitions around varieties of livelihood news programs have been put forward over and over, which leads the news program reform from local TV station. Following this wind, a bit more relevant programs emerged, such as "Nanjing breaking news on livelihood"、"The first time" in Anhui TV programs、"Green through train on livelihood" in Shandong TV programs etc. This paper is supposed to make a research on current livelihood situation and topic selection in TV program, in order to dig out a bright way to livelihood news words: livelihood news、 topic selection planing、 social responsibility、 civilian visual angle、 Channel exploration.
