论文答辩演讲稿（一）： 尊敬的各位教师： 上午好! 我的论文题目是《我国汽车出口贸易现状及对策分析》， 毕业论文答辩自述稿范文 。这篇论文是在我的指导教师刘文华教师的悉心指点下完成的，在这段时间里，刘教师对我的论文进行了详细的修改和指正，并给予我许多宝贵的意见和提议。在那里，我对他表示我最真挚的感激和敬意!下头我将这篇论文的写作研究意义、结构及主要资料、存在的不足向各位教师作简要的陈述，恳请各位教师批评指导。 首先，我想谈谈为什么选这个题目及这篇文章的研究意义。 我当时之所以选择《我国汽车出口贸易现状及对策分析》这个题目是因为近几年来，尤其是加入WTO之后，我国的汽车出口贸易进入了一个市场规模、生产规模迅速扩大，中国汽车出口贸易的快速增长，引起了世界对中国汽车业的关注。中国的自主品牌已成为国际汽车市场上一股不可忽视的力量。全面融入世界汽车工业体系的时代，中国现已成为具备完整的汽车工业生产体系的生产大国，汽车产品出口方面也取得了很大提高，呈现出自主品牌出口占主导地位的新特点。在经济危机的影响下，中国汽车产品出口形势不容乐观，缺乏规模经济、产品科技含量低、售后服务体系不健全等问题仍然存在，在国际市场竞争日益激烈的情景下，制定中国汽车出口的长远发展策略是当前亟待解决的问题。研究中国目前汽车出口的现状，根据汽车出口贸易的总额和特点，研究分析当前中国汽车出口贸易存在的问题，并提出解决的措施，有利于中国汽车出口贸易向一个良性的趋势发展，有利于中国对外经济和贸易的发展，同时有利于塑造我国对外的一个更好的形象。 其次，我想谈谈这篇文章的结构和主要资料。 我的论文主要分为以下三个部分： 第一部分经过海关总署汽车出口贸易总额的数据，分析近几年来汽车出口贸易的特点及其出口优势。近几年来，我国汽车出口贸易的主要特点表此刻：汽车产品及整车出口加速;自主品牌汽车成为出口主力;出口市场多元化态势;出口规模加大、向发达GJ延伸;我国汽车出口贸易的优势主要表此刻三个方面，分别是：后发优势、低成本优势、企业产品出口意识不不断的增强。 第二部分找出了汽车出口贸易中存在的问题，经过综合各种贸易总额数据和各种文献以及自我的思考，我认为中国汽车出口贸易主要存在以下三个方面的问题：缺乏规模经济;缺乏自主品牌;服务体系不健全。 第三部分是基于问题提出的对策分析，主要从政府和企业两个层面，提出了相关的对策分析。 政府方面的对策主要有：加快国内汽车企业的兼并重组，实现规模经济;整顿出口秩序，规范出口行为;引导强化企业自主研发本事;加强物流业发展。企业方面需要主要是：提升自主的研发本事;研发和推广新能源汽车;重视产品的售后服务。 我的论文结论是：我国汽车出口贸易存在许多优势，但同时也存在许多的问题，我们需要政府和企业共同努力，解决好汽车出口贸易中存在的问题和缺陷，进一步提高我国汽车出口贸易的核心竞争力。 最终，我想谈谈这篇文章存在的不足。 在这篇论文的写作过程中，我尽可能多的收集资料，虽然从中学到了许多有用的东西，也积累了不少经验，但由于自我学识浅薄，认识本事不足，在理解上有诸多偏颇和浅薄的地方;也由于理论功底的薄弱，存有不少逻辑不畅和辞不达意的问题;加之时间紧迫和自我的粗心，与教师的期望相差甚远，许多问题还有待于进一步思考和探索，借此答辩机会，万分恳切的期望各位教师能够提出宝贵的意见，多指出这篇论文的错误和不足之处，我将虚心理解，从而进一步深入学习研究，使该论文得到完善和提高。 以上是我的论文答辩自述，敬请各位评委教师提出宝贵的意见。多谢! 论文答辩演讲稿（二）： 尊敬的各位教师： 大家上午好! 我叫×××，本次论文指导教师是×××教师，我选的毕业论文题目是《提升浙江省出口优势产业集群竞争力的对策研究》，下头我先汇报一下自我选择这篇论文的动机以及论文选题背景、基本写作思路、理论与实践意义。 先来陈述一下我的写作动机。我来自台州，在没写这篇论文之前我仅明白台州各地存在生产相同产品的特色乡镇，比较熟悉的有临海的太平洋彩灯城、台州的的服装机械、玉环的阀门等等，根据2005年底的统计数据，其中阀门水泵占全国出口的60%以上，缝纫机和电动裁剪机在国际上占有70%的市场份额等等。而浙江，众所周知是一个贸易大省，我想出口与产业集群应当有醒目的联系，所以，我就选择了《提升浙江省出口优势产业集群竞争力的对策研究》，一方面是期望经过这篇论文能让自我更加清楚的了解浙江省出口优势产业集群的分布、现状及国际竞争力，二则因为自我属于国贸专业，也期望以后能从我省的优势产业集群中挖掘更多的商机，为自我的未来作些理论的铺垫。 其次，我要陈述的是本篇论文的主要论点及结构。虽然这篇论文的选题有点长，但我觉得中心还是应当扣在最终的几个字上，即集群竞争力的对策分析。所谓产业集群，是指在某一产业的上下游企业在必须区域内很多集聚，构成了竞争优势的经济群落。北京大学教授王缉慈在论坛中指出，提高出口竞争力的关键是发展富有特色的产业集群，力避产业集群的同质性的重复建设。所以，我的论文从浙江省出口优势产业集群的发展现状和主要特点着手，力求寻找到我省出口优势产业集群具有优势的软硬件基础。我总结出来的几点是规模喜人、产业结构合理、产品分工细致、出口竞争优势显著等。 在论证浙江省出口优势产业集群竞争力及其竞争优势的时候，我主要分析浙江省产业集群的几个关系，比如企业集聚与生产效率、国际竞争力的关系，集群竞争力与竞争压力、创新本事的关系，区位品牌与集群竞争力的联系等。而出口优势产业集群竞争力的决定因素也常规的从GJ层面、集群层面、企业层面先大角度再小口径地分析。 这篇大学生毕业论文对浙江省出口优势产业集群竞争力指标分析也主要集中在第三部分，这也是我对策研究的理论根据。其中包括集群占浙江省近几年六成左右的主要经济指标----浙江省03~06年的进出口额，浙江省出口优势产业集群中主要企业在各地区的分布情景，例举温州民营中小企业对海外市场进入方式偏好，而竞争力指标也主要围绕贸易竞争力指标(TC指数)，出口分散度等进行论述。并进一步提出浙江省出口优势产业集群竞争力的制约因素。这些都是浙江省出口优势产业集群竞争力的对策提出的基础。 论文的重心也是经过以上的分析来给出提升浙江省出口优势产业集群竞争力的对策。我借鉴了大学经济类科目的主要归纳方法，分别从政府、企业、行业协会三个角度来提出相应的对策。也能够说是宏观与微观对策的双重分析来应答如何提升浙江省出口优势产业集群竞争力。 在写完这篇论文的时候，自我感觉条理上还不是很严谨，出现了一些观点的重复，对一些具体数据的收集还有许多不足，使得这篇论文在对浙江省出口优势产业集群竞争力的的思考还停留在比较粗浅的层面，不论在理论方面，还是在实践方面都有许多问题需要继续进行深入、细致地探索。但也因为经过写这篇论文使我对浙江的出口优势产业集群的分布、产业集群状况及出口总体概况有了大致的了解，大学本专业所学的部分知识也重新被认识与肯定，所以也能够说一篇论文使我受益匪浅。 最终，恳请各位教师进行批评指正，多谢大家!

首先，在发言内容上需要：做好充分准备，把论文内容细致分解，理清主线；演讲内容切忌面面具到，要条理清晰、层次清楚；配合必要的公式、图及表格；最后要给出明确结论；其次，在制作投影片中需要：片子结构合理，层次清晰；一般每页一个主题；每页内容不多于8—10行（透明胶片可达12—14行）；字体大小适中，公式、图及表格清晰；制作片子时，切忌将论文的整页内容复印到透明胶片或编辑到PowerPoint 中；片子不要准备过多，否则将不易使听众抓住主题，也难于控制发言时间；另外，在演讲过程中还应注意：发言切忌照本宣科，需要思路清楚、逻辑严密；讲演的速度控制在一张片子一分钟左右；控制自己的发言时间，不能挤占他人时间；讨论时认真听取提问（听不懂时可以礼貌地要求对方重复所提问题），针对问题给出准确的回答。发言时要沉稳、有信心，用自己熟悉的词汇，发音清楚。

firstly methodology：it includes three aspects: data variables and methodology date: this study investigates the significant corporate governance attributes that may affect the capital structure of non-financial firms listed on the karachi stock exchange pakistan during 2004-2008. and the final sample set consists of 775 observations for 155 firms over a period of five years.

this study employed panel data methodology(面板数据方式) because sample contained data across firms and over time

capital structure is positively related to board size、outside directors and ownership concentration. that is to say: a large board serve as a means to obtain support from external environment;

boards with more independent directors can take on more debt on favorable terms due to effective monitoring ;

block holders have more ability than dispersed shareholders to force management to take those actions that maximize the shareholder wealth.

15、on the other hand, capital structure is negative related to managerial ownership、director remuneration 、profitability and liquidity.

the results of the paper indicate that corporate governance attributes, in part, explicate the financing behavior of pakistani firms

and, the empirical results of this study provide support to corporate managers in establishing an optimal capital structure, and to regulatory authorities for enacting laws and developing institutional support to make corporate governance mechanisms work more effectively in the country.
