专业的话招新闻类是肯定，编辑的话中文系写作能力好而且你需要电脑方面的功底，不仅仅是EXCEL，打字什么的要足够敏熟，又快又准有的时候编辑一行业工作范围挺大的（仅指较小的网站或报社）需要你去管理新闻（就是讲记者采回来的新闻加以整理，修改）需要找到别人找不到看不到的最新消息（这工作量就更大)还有很多很多最重要的是这类行业比较饱和（当然，人才哪里都缺）但要找一份工作还是很困难的。建议先从事其他行业的编辑，积累经验

首先热爱体育了解体育运动的基本常识及相关专业知识一定的文字功底一定的新闻敏感度最好有一定的英文读写能力
