The main contents of this paper is: the use of hardware description language VHDL, in Xilinx's Spartan Ⅱ E series XC2S100E pq-208 FPGA chip to complete SPWM wave and wave PWM control signals, control of power electronic devices consisting of IGBT and MOSFET chopper, inverter output circuits, DC voltage regulator and SPWM AC output frequency. AD637 chip used on the output voltage, RMS current transform, transform ADC0809 evacuation by FPGA processing, real-time wave of SPWM amended to ensure the stability of the output voltage. 128 * 64 matrix LCD and keyboard to provide users with a friendly interface. After testing, the output voltage waveform is sinusoidal, the output frequency of 10Hz ~ 150Hz, topics beyond the requirements of 20Hz ~ 100Hz.
