在我国教育质量不断普及、高校不断扩招的现状下,我国对于高校教学用建筑的需求也在日益增长,而多层钢筋混凝土框架结构具有使用空间大、便于分隔、建筑平面布置灵活、延性较好等显著优势,一直是教学楼等建筑的常用结构。本毕业设计题目是“金堂大学城某高校综合楼结构设计”,该综合楼采用外廊式建筑来布置教室,有利于形成良好的通风与采光条件。教学楼最高5层,每层层高,屋面设置高女儿墙,总高,室内外高差,总建筑面积约为,每层包括4间72 m2教室和1间36m2教师休息室(一层除外)。建筑采用钢筋混凝土框架结构,外廊采用女儿墙进行安全防护,基础采用柱下独立基础。梁、板、柱及基础均采用C30现浇混凝土,钢筋采用HRB400钢筋。本毕业设计主要内容包括对整体结构的建模以及电算(含楼梯和基础),施工图纸的绘制(包括梁、板、柱配筋图、基础布置图和大样图以及楼梯大样图),计算书的书写等内容。电算内容主要运用PKPM()软件进行,其主要内容如下:1、使用“结构建模”模块对毕业设计结构进行建模(含楼梯和地梁层);2、使用“砼结构施工图”模块绘制新图,对板的配筋、裂缝和挠度的计算结果进行校核;3、使用“SATWE分析设计”模块,对框架结构空间受力情况进行分析,并对计算文本进行查看和校核。具体包括位移角、周期比等信息;4、对计算结果不合理的地方进行模型的修改,并进一步校核。电算之后,采用探索者(TSSD)软件进行施工图的绘制。具体包括梁、板、柱的配筋图,基础平面布置图,基础大样和楼梯大样等。最后整理上述内容,形成计算书。With the increasing popularity of educational quality and the continuous expansion of colleges and universities in China, the demand for teaching buildings in colleges and universities is increasing day by day.
