1、临床主要症状。成鸡缺乏维生素A,2—5个月可出现症状。主要表现为:精神不振、食欲减退、生长停滞,病鸡逐渐消瘦,羽毛乱而无光泽,鸡冠苍白,母鸡产蛋量下降,公鸡性机能下降,精液质量不好,活性降低并有畸形,种蛋受精率下降,胚胎发育障碍并导致死亡,孵化率降低。成鸡缺乏维生素A的显著特征:病鸡的眼、鼻孔中流出水样分泌物,上下眼睑常粘在一起,缺乏症继续发展,眼内可见乳白色干酪样渗出物积聚,影响鸡的视力,严重时引起失明。雏鸡缺乏维生素A,一般在2—3周可出现症状,如雏鸡饲喂不含维生素A的日粮,则1周后就可出现症状。病雏生长停滞,倦怠虚弱,运动失调,羽毛蓬乱,喙和脚部皮肤黄色减退,眼内有干酪样分泌物,眼睛干燥,幼鸡死亡率较高,严重时可达100%。防治措施1、要妥善保管饲料。由于维生素A是一种脂溶性维生素,而且很不稳定,在空气中容易被氧化,所以对饲料要注意保管,防止酸败、发酵、产热和氧化等,以防维生素A被破坏。 2、饲料中科学添加。针对饲料中的维生素A含量少等问题,可在日粮中科学补充富含维生素A或维生素A原的饲料,如鱼肝油或胡萝卜、三叶草、玉米、苜蓿等青绿饲料,以防止维生素A的缺乏症。 3、治疗方法。对于维生素A严重缺乏的鸡可用大剂量维生素A制剂进行治疗,每千克日粮加维生素A1万国际单位拌料,连用1-2天,很快会使病鸡恢复健康。 在饲料中添加维生素A进行预防或治疗时一定要慎重,家禽维生素A的最低需要量一般在1000-5000国际单位之间,维生素A过量会易引起家禽中毒。二)鸡腺胃型传染性支气管炎症状 病鸡流泪、眼肿、不食、精神萎糜、被毛逆立、垂翼闭目、食欲减少但饮欲增加并伴有轻微的呼吸道综合症状鸡体消瘦,拉黄白色或黄绿色稀粪鸡的产蛋量下降。发病率高达100%死亡率3%----95%不等,不同品种鸡均有发病。2)剖检变化 剖检以腺胃病变最明显.表现为极度肿大呈球形.为正常的3~5倍.腺胃壁增厚2~3倍.剪开后外翻.浆膜层变厚变硬.乳头中央四陷.溃疡出血.叫挤出脓性液体.个别腺胃小体内积有将油色稀薄液体。部分病例川脏肿大.土黄色:脾多肿大.有的有出血点:小肠粘膜肿胀有出血斑,内积黄绿色液体。防治:本病发病率、死亡率均高.病程长.康复鸡生产性能明显低落.所以一旦发病.应采取隔离措施.鸡舍内外加强消毒.防比疾病传播。隔离区内可以使用抗生素预防继发感染.同时配合电解多维饮水.改善饲料一营养水平,以提高机体抵抗力.降低死亡。发病早期叫使用灭活苗紧急接种.也叫收到较好疗效。中药治疗::对发病鸡群按清热解毒、消肿健胃的原则组方.用金银花、连翘、黄茂、龙胆草、车前子、廿草等配伍.按每千克体重每天克煎后拌料一连用5天.可起到良好的控制作用。防治因本病属病毒病,尚无特效药物可治。发病鸡群饮用氨抓青霉素或蕙诺沙星等抗菌素可防止继发感染,有利于改善症状.最好的办法就是研制疫苗进行免疫预防。参考文献《安徽农业〈鸡腺胃型传染性支气管炎〉》1998年第5期张丹俊陈桂玲《罗曼褐青年种鸡腺胃型传染性支气管炎》三)该病也可能是鸡曲霉菌病: 1.由曲霉菌引起,各种家禽均可感染,6周龄一下雏鸡,火鸡易感,尤其是4-15日龄的雏鸡. 2.病鸡表现精神不振,食欲废绝,翅膀下垂,羽毛松乱,眼半闭,呆立不动,呼吸困难,气喘,但无摩擦音.眼鼻流浆液性分泌物,口渴,后期下痢,逐渐消瘦死亡.有的雏鸡发生霉菌性眼炎,眼脸肿胀,瞬膜下出现绿豆大灰白色或黄色干酪物,使眼睛鼓起或角膜溃疡.成鸡产蛋率下降,但死亡少, 防治: .治疗用制霉菌素,没100只雏鸡50万IU,混入饲料,2次/天,连用5-7天.或用克霉唑,每100只雏鸡1g拌料连用5-7天同时配合1:2000-1:3000的硫酸铜溶液饮水,连用2-3天,或每4kg饮水用碘化钾5-10g供鸡饮水。
