这类网站比较少，丁香园、医脉通有收录一定数量的期刊信息，但是这两家网站更多的偏向医学资讯、培训和交流，期刊信息不是主打功能。目前医学期刊查询上比较好的是常笑医学网。常笑医学网中文投稿收录1600本全国医药卫生期刊的投稿信息，SCI投稿收录4600本医药卫生领域的SCI投稿信息，相比较其他平台在权威性、专业、实用上都更胜一筹。
都是相对应的，大学教师发论文最低也要发国家级的，中国科教创新导刊，还有时代教育，有些杂志就不收中小学的文章。大学学后关键是评什么，学校要求发什么级别的期刊。

可以看看（临床医学进展、医学诊断）这类OA刊物
国内知网，万方，维普，国外Pubmed都可以免费的查文献，但是不同平台收录的内容不同。只能检索相关信息如题目，作者，单位，摘要等，如果要看全文，通常都是付费的。目前百度学术有推出文献互助的功能，这可以理解为完全免费的文献平台。如果你是在高校内，其实内部一般也都有自己的文献库，这通常也是免费的。初次之外还有很多第三方的平台可以检索文献，但是文献可能过于陈旧，更新不及时。如果需求量较大，建议去开通一个帐户，这个不用去开官方的，因为售价较高，可以其他平台搜一下，这里不再明说。
