力学学报比工程力学好。学报和期刊一样，也分省级、国家级、核心期刊，相比较而言，学报的专业性和理论性更强一些。对于评审职称时论文发表的要求来说，各个地方的主管部门有不同的倾向，会有不同的要求。例如，个别省份对于在职称评审时对发表期刊的要求，明确了学报要优于一般期刊，会比一般期刊加分高，为了保障通过率，最好选择学报发表。

动力工程学学报规定期刊查重的一般接受标准为25%,一般期刊的质量高,要求不超过20%;随着期刊水平的提高,论文重复率的标准也会越来越高。
