一、时间安排作文的写作时间为35分钟，合理的时间安排为10+20+5。前面的10分钟用来读题审题，构思并列提纲，这是考生常常忽视的一个至关重要的环节。正确的读题审题有利于理清行文思路，也避免了差之毫厘、失之千里的遗憾。

1.听力
专四的听力一般属于中等水平，只要你静下心，认真听还是能拿到一定分数的。这就要靠你平时的听力练习了。平时多听听新闻，VOA,BBC，全世界最标准的英语都在这了，如果你每天跟着它联系，听力口语都会有提高的。如果听力不是特别好，那就要在后面的题型中补救了。
2.单选
这个考的就是词汇量还有语法了。单词这种东西，你不理他他就不理你，就算你你理他，他没准还不理你。所以背单词要有诀窍。一般都是把单词记在短语中或句子里，这样不容易混而且还能掌握它的用法。至于语法这东西，没辙，只能看语法书了。不过关键还是在于理解，实在不行多背背名句，也是帮助的。
3.完形，阅读
这个就不用多说了，关键就是在于理解文章。这个理解的前提是，你的词汇量要够，你的句子分析能力要有。还有就是你的阅读速度要快还有重点抓的要准。这就要平时的练习了。应该有专四练习题吧？没有就买一本！这个阅读分值占的比重特别大。一定要重视。
每天至少写两到三篇完形和阅读，不下工夫是绝对不行的。记得要在做的时候总结经验。一般英语的文章都是总-分的格式，所以文章大概意思就能知道了，实在看不懂还可以根据意思猜，没准还能蒙对了。
4.作文
作文其实是最好得分的。专四考试两篇作文，一大一小。小的简单点，无非就是写一个note，你就把历年的参考作文格式背下来。考试时候按照格式套，必须一套一个准。
大作文就麻烦点，不过只要按照他们外国人的写作方式总-分-总来写，一定能拿到基本分数。再加分就要靠文笔了。所以这时候背一些“文绉绉”的短语是十分必要的。你看看那些历年出现的频率比较高的短语，记下来，考试一定用得到。
总结就是，单次短语一定要背，而且要灵活的背，背高频的。
听力每天一定要听，不仅是练习听力还能锻炼你的英文思考模式，对写作什么的也有好处。
阅读完形每天坚持做，做得顺手了，到时候手到擒来。
