跟最初审稿时间差不多，不会因为第二次重投而缩短时间回复。依然走之前的程序，另外被拒的稿件再投也没多大意义，就算修改也是徒劳，除非编辑是提意见让你编修，但修改和被拒是不一样的，被拒的大部分原因是这个主题在这个刊物已经发过太多，没啥新意，对提升刊物质量没啥好处??
