最近几年,国内发表论文很多,但引用率很低,为什么?

在写论文的时候我们难免会引用到别人的理论成果来使自己的论文更加丰富更加具有说服力,适当的引用能让自己的论文锦上添花,在知网查重检测时,只要不是大段大段的引用,也不会有很大的影响,但是近年来,国内的论文虽然发表了很多,但是引用率却非常的低,这里小编跟大家分析一下原因。

大家都非常关心每年向全世界发布的SCI(科学引文索引)统计结果当中,我国的学术论文总数是多少,论文增长多少篇,被引用多少次。从整体上看,我国的论文总数在增长,引用率也在提高。但人们在欢欣鼓舞的同时,也会发现:国内的论文引用率仍然不够,跟我们的大国身份很不相称,和科技投入不相称;投入的变化十分巨大,引用的变化确非常缓慢。

知网查重的学士论文引用率为什么这么低?

由此可见我国学术论文的质量存在着问题,具体是哪些呢?我认为我们的学术论文存在六个问题,第一、引言过于笼统,起不到引言的作用,对研究背景、内容、工作的意义,没有实质性描述。第二、整个学术论文没有对同行工作的介绍,把我们的学术论文一放到国际背景下,看起来有点像小学生的论文。第三、作者手上没有有分量的文献,参考文献量太少,有的只有两三篇,有的根本没有参考文献。第四、在写作方面缺乏研究过程的重要环节的完整信息,多数人不会结合讨论来解释他得到的结果。科学技术、理工农医的论文的重要一环是解析实验结果,而我们的一些论文往往以结论代替讨论,没有讨论,人们就不知道它有什么重要性和创新性。第五、原创性的论文没有第一手的研究结果,自己研究分析一通,得出的是别人的结果或者是引用了别人的内容,为了降低知网查重率,随意的改动了别人的内容不标引用。第六、不介绍同类工作已有的结果,不提人家研究到什么程度了,只说自己是世界先进水平,这是违背科学道德的。虽然解决这些问题,需要从很多方面入手。但是我想,如果我们能从正面提倡引用别人的论文,就能解决我们这六个问题中的好几个问题。如果他能够认真地引用论文,前三个问题就解决了,第四个问题也可以部分的解决了,因为作者就会明白什么叫讨论,什么叫结果,什么叫结论。

为什么我国论文的引用率低下呢?这个问题一直困惑着众多的学者,而要提高学术论文质量,就要从提高引用率开始。我们希望引用率能不断提高,不但要引用国外的论文,还要引用中国的论文,不但要引用自己的论文,还要引用同行的论文。

我认为学术论文引用率低有四个原因:第一、传统文化的影响,自我谦虚,同时又文人相轻,谦虚使自己原来做得很好的工作不引用。第二、科学历史造成了我们引用少。什么叫科学历史?因为现代科技对中国人来讲是个外来文化,都是舶来品,因此自己的东西没有什么可以引用的。没有引证的需要,没有形成传统。第三、浮躁风。有的人写论文的目的只是为了评职称,评教授、博导,是为了拿毕业证,拿学位证书,只要通过知网查重就行了,发表是目的,引用不引用无所谓,不管天下还有谁跟他做一样的工作。第四、由于我们在科学技术上不成熟,我们在科学技术上稳定的发展科技才30年,这30年对我们来讲很宝贵。但是,我们要实事求是的说,人家已经发展了200年、300年。科学技术上的不成熟导致了我们缺乏引用,但我们不能等到成熟了才行,我们要跨越式的发展。

因此要提高学术论文引用率,写论文的专家要多引用论文,包括自己的论文和别人的论文,还有从事科技管理的专家要鼓励从各方面采取措施提高引用率,把这两项做好,相信我国学术论文的质量会逐渐提高,发展速度也会上升的。
