今天我们总结了开篇那些常见的套话。

1、 对于审稿人的建议一定要礼貌地回答；
2、不要利用不同审稿人之间的不同意见相互辩驳；
3、回答不利的意见，一定要有分度，不能有较真和抵触的想法；

先说一下Cover letter的框架，一般应注意包括以下内容：
1. 开头注意附上稿件的关键信息，主要包括Title、 Manuscript ID等；

中国沙漠期刊论文退修后如何给编辑部发修改论文模板
被退修后的那些事儿......
漫长的护理生涯中，试问有几个护士小姐姐没经历过文章“退修”？
小A：太棒了！我的文章一连被拒了好几次，这次终于有回复了，是退修！我要抓紧时间沉下心好好修改！
小B：真的好烦，文章又被退修了，都第三次了，啥时候是个头？我觉得上次编辑提的问题我都已经改好了呀！
小C：我的第一篇论文首次投稿，看到状态由“专家审理”变为“退修”，我是既兴奋又紧张！当然更多的是开心！
……
面对退修，你作何感想？具体又是怎么做的呢？
笔者同时身为作者和审稿人，现将自己的经验细细与各位老师分享，愿对你有益，不到之处还请文后积极留言补充。
尽快平复心情
看到“退修”，几多欢喜几多愁。不管是第几次被退修，不论你有何种情绪，都请尽快平静下来，正向思考，专注于当下要做的事。
内心要认识到，未经退修直接录用的论文可谓“凤毛麟角”，退修是提升文章质量的必要过程，也是最终发表的必经之路。
对于笔者而言，“退修”二字是熠熠发光的，代表着莫大的机会和希望。因此，哪怕反复被退修，也切勿思前想后，作各种无谓的揣摩，那样只会浪费宝贵时间。
仔细阅读建议
退修建议是审稿专家和编辑老师们辛苦劳动的成果，值得我们高度重视和认真对待。
笔者每次拿到退修建议，都会满怀感恩和欣喜地打印出来，通读至少三遍以上，认真查看每一个问题，深刻领悟每一条建议，对存疑的地方做好标记，以便后期与团队成员认真讨论。
认真逐一完善
严格按照编辑要求，逐个击破问题，包括格式和内容，甚至细到是否保留修改痕迹、用何种颜色进行标记等。
面对建议切记不要闭门造车，通常一项研究的完成离不开团队的力量，解决不了的问题，及时邀请其他课题组成员一起讨论，实在无法应对时虚心请教相关专家，总之要学会及时求助，勇于请教。
另外对于编辑的疑问应正面回答，切忌回避问题。
妥善与编辑沟通
不要惧怕与编辑之间的交流，其实他和你有共同的目的和愿景，那就是一起提升论文质量以便顺利刊出。
辩证地来看，并非所有的退修建议都准确无误，如果经过团队共同商议深思熟虑之后，确实存在不一致的看法或不明之处，应及时告知编辑，只要态度诚恳，用词恰当，把具体问题及理由表达清楚，相信编辑会慎重考虑。当然联系方式多样，比如打电话和网站留言，有些期刊的编辑老师还会贴心地加作者微信，让彼此沟通更顺畅。
确保准确无误
修改完毕、返回修改稿之前，务必记得多途径、多举措来保证退修文章的质量。比如将文稿打印出来，由课题组成员全面核对，每人至少通读全文2遍，有问题及时交流商议。
笔者还会再请一位平时做事细心的非专业人士来把关文章的可读性，确保万无一失。
规定时间内返回
此点至关重要！切记不要超过截止日期！但也不要急于当天就返回，这可能会让编辑觉得你比较敷衍和草率，没有深入思考。修改过程需要深思熟虑，“大修”更需要假以时日才能得以完成。
举个例子，倘若要求2周内返回，笔者一般会在第7~8天上传，原因如下：这个时长既能保证有充足的时间“精雕细琢”，又比编辑老师要求的速度快了1倍，“火候”刚刚好，而返修较快且准确是编辑们喜闻乐见的。当然这只是一家之言，难免片面，不同看法还请老师们积极留言共同探讨。
若由于各种原因实在无法按时完成，应提前告知编辑并说明正当理由，这是出于礼貌和尊重，也是为了救你的论文一命。
勿忘感谢编辑老师
无论修改多少遍，编辑老师都一路陪伴左右，在论文的各个方面给予悉心指导，不厌其烦，精益求精，耗费不少心血。所以，请记得真诚表达你的感谢之情，哪怕一句“您辛苦了”，也会让彼此倍感温暖。
另外，笔者还有两条注意事项送给各位老师：
文章退修事宜及时告知护士长
一来让她第一时间分享你的喜悦；二来问下能否尽可能地多安排一天休息，以便安心修稿；三来遇到不懂之处也便于及时请教。
退修稿上传后及时复盘
修改论文的过程能大大提高论文写作和科研能力，及时把这期间的所得总结成文，并再次深入回味，相信对以后论文的顺利发表大有裨益。当然倘若你愿意，也可以将你的总结分享给其他需要的人，如此则更有意义了。
一首自创打油诗，献给正在论文天地里“深耕”的你！
