Complete dynamic optimal design of linear motor test stand based on CAE
【摘要】 针对直线电机驱动特性,采用整机动态时域分析来考察直线电机试验台动态特性,进而发现整机的薄弱环节。应用灵敏度分析的方法确定设计变量,将序列二次规划(SQP)算法和多目标优化方法引入试验台的动态优化设计中。研究结果表明:试验台不仅满足在瞬间冲击力作用下的动态性能要求,同时还实现了轻量化。该方法在直线电机试验台整机优化设计中的成功应用,为今后在瞬间承受冲击作用的大型复杂机械结构的设计与研究提供了很好的参考价值。
【Abstract】 According to the drive characteristics of linear motor and by using dynamic time-domain analysis to examine the dynamic characteristics of linear motor test stand,the weakness of the complete machine was found.The method of sensitivity analysis was adopted to determine the design variables,sequential quadratic programming(SQP)algorithm and multi-objective optimization method were introduced in the dynamic optimization design of the test stand.The result of study indicates that the linear motor test stand can not only meets the performance requirements under the action of instant impact force,but also allows the lightweight.The successful application of this method in optimization design of linear motor test stand has provided good reference value for the design and study of large and complex mechanical structure tat bears an instant impact effect is provided.
