电机学报和电工学报都不太好发，电力系统及自动化和高电压技术相对容易发一点，非EI的核心更容易，比如电力电子技术、电工电能新技术、电力系统及其自动化学报、中国电力等一大堆。听说微电机比较好发呀！上品 优刊发吧，这家伙专业的，望采纳

不是。信息与控制类国内排名第四，不是EI，不是很好中。需要仔细考虑，审稿过程比较规范，审稿老师也比较有水平，也比较容易中，不错的期刊。信息与控制不是ei，审稿过程比较快，不过见刊就比较慢了。流程记录表:阶段名称处理人提交时间，估计完成时间，实际完成时间。
控制方面的审稿要求本来就严，
