institution和affiliation都是指所属的机构。如果是学生，此处就填所属的学校；如果是在职人员就填所属的单位或公司；如果是无业人员就写无(non)好了。
一般SCI期刊从投稿到录用，一般是3-6个月。最快也要3个月左右发表，SCI期刊快的一个月内就能有结果，有的可以等上7、8个月，比如非常知名的Nature杂志，在过去十年来审稿周期从85天增长到150天。
