food bioscience是JCR二区跃升至JCR一区。
根据最新发布的2019版《期刊引证报告》(Journal Citation Reports,简称JCR),由我校与Elsevier科技文献出版集团合作主办的食品类英文期刊Food Bioscience(以下简称FBIO)影响因子由去年的2.371提升到3.220,突破影响因子3的关口,在国际食品科学领域发表原创论文的135种期刊中排名32位,从JCR二区跃升至JCR一区。
FBIO于2017年被SCI核心数据库收录,首年影响因子即达到1.964。此次FBIO的SCI影响因子提升到3.220,CiteScore指数升至3.68,说明本刊保持了健康良好的发展态势。
FBIO编辑团队将一如既往,秉承精益求精的办刊理念,努力打造国内一流、国际知名的食品类英文科技期刊,使其成为展现我国食品科学领域高水平成果的重要平台之一,力争为中国乃至世界的食品科学发展和传播作出贡献。
