1、本刊对稿件的处理目前实行编委负责（推荐）制。来稿请一式二份寄给具相同研究领域的编委或直接寄到编辑部（各编委的研究方向、通信地址和E-mail将在每年第一期上公布）。来稿不退，请作者自留底稿。2、稿件内容力求精炼充实，表述正确。稿件均需附中、英文提要各一份，其中中文提要字数不超过200字，英文提要不超过800个印刷字符。并提供3-5个中、英文关键词、2000年美国《数学评论》主题分类号及中国图书资料分类号。3、来稿请尽可能提供计算机打印稿，所用的简体字应以正式公布的为准。英文提要，要求语法正确，符合英文通用表达方式。作者的姓名一律姓在前，名在后。稿件一旦被录用，请按《数学年刊》A辑的格式，尽可能提供用CCT软件打印中文稿的文本文件的软盘或用E-mail传输至编辑部。4、参考文献一律附在文后另页书写，并按文中引用的先后顺序编号。未公开发表的资料请勿引用。文献书写格式如下：[编号]作者（姓在前），文章题目，期刊名称（外文可缩写），卷号：期数（年份），页码。[编号]作者（姓在前），书名，出版地，出版社，年份。[编号]作者（姓在前），题目，论文集名，编者（ed)（多编者用eds)，出版地，出版社，年份，页码。5、来稿经审查后，如有必要得请作者修改、压缩精简。编辑部有权对来稿作适当文字修改。6、本刊不刊登已发表过的文章，请勿一稿二投。编辑部将在收到稿件的审理意见后告知作者是否录用。稿件录用后，将要求作者签署一份版权转让和出版合同。稿件刊登后，赠送作者论文抽印本30份和该期刊1册。本刊不收投稿手续费和版面费，不付稿费。以英文转登在《中国当代数学》上的论文，酌情付适当的翻译费，并赠送作者论文抽印本20份和该期刊1册。

张益唐用一生诠释着他对数学的痴迷与热爱。为了数学他宁愿受苦，数学同样看到了他的努力，给了他应得的回报。这样一位淡泊名利，认真对待生活，真心热爱数学的人，我想他将永远是数学界的一颗巨星。
他向数学《数学年刊》投稿，给了很多数学家新的思考方式，拉近了孪生素数猜想。人们将他与陈景润相比，这次张益唐这个名不经传的名字终于让数学界炸开了锅。功夫不负有心人，张益唐的努力没有白费，他成功了他让世界再一次重新认识了数学，认识了他。
人物简介：
张益唐出生于上海，毕业于美国普渡大学，华裔数学家。
研究方向是数论，证明了弱化版本孪生素数猜想，曾荣获科尔数论奖、求是杰出科学家奖等，其文章曾被世界顶级数学期刊《数学年刊》收录，代表著作有《质数间的有界间隔》等。
