看要求，不少于5页，超过5页又要支付额外费用，所以5页最佳吧。但是文章内容一定要圆润充实，不要为了省点钱，使文章不饱满。

2012年六月三十号之前都是免费投稿的，但是7月1号之后就必须要交钱了，目前需要版面费

请问向IEEE transaction，journal，letters投稿需要版面费、审稿费等费用么？

一般不用。但是会通知您“建议捐赠一笔资金给IEEE，用于协会和期刊的发展”。即使不捐赠，也会正常刊发。

ieee trans是什么水平 怎么收版面费

中等水平110美元。单从录用率来讲ieeetrans录用率也并不比其它传统的SCI期刊高多少，但是关键在于其录用总量太大，所以在适中水平，而版面费如果没有超过版面是不用收取版面费的，超过才收取110美元。
