1.文稿务求论点明确，论据可靠，数据准确，文字精炼，字数在4500字以上；2.摘要的字数要求在200字左右，要中英文对应。内容包含研究的目的、方法、结果和结论，详情参见“文摘编写规则GB 6447—86”；3．文稿请附3～8个中英文对应的关键词，中英文题名和作者单位；4．来稿如获某种研究基金资助，请列出项目名称及编号；5. 请附第一作者简介，包括姓名、性别、出生年、职务职称、研究方向及发表论文情况；6. 注明所有作者的详细地址、联系方式及E-mail；7. 参考文献要求在7条以上，并随文标注。要按“文后参考文献著录规则（GB/7714-2005）”的要求著录；8. 文稿的格式请参见本刊近期出版的期刊；9．本刊审稿期为2个月，在此期间请勿一稿多投。10．本刊对已录用的稿件按所占版面收取版面费。稿件刊登后，按作者数赠送当期样刊。

马廉祯，男，回族，1978年出生，华南师范大学体育科学学院，教授，硕士生导师，民族传统体育学科硕士生导师召集人，运动休闲学系主任。
马廉祯是著名武术家，出生武术世家，祖父辈均为国内著名武术家，本人为马氏通备武学当代的主要继承人与传承人。同时任香港中华国术总会会长、《武学》主编、甘肃省马氏通备武学学会会长、天水师范学院兼职教授、健公书院山长等职。
马廉祯谈武术对青少年性格的养成
武术对青少年性格的养成是双面性的。我经常跟我的学生说，训练的过程必须是一个吃苦的过程，经常是相同动作的不断重复，这样的过程枯燥乏味，并且在学习初期一直是基本功的练习，因此这是一个贵在坚持的过程。
在这样的过程中，会磨练青少年的耐性，但同样也是这样的一个过程，可以让他们学会坚持、学会自律；另一方面，武术文化对青少年性格的养成也起到了一定作用，武术文化中一直有“以武明德”之说，这是对青少年的德育，可以激励他们形成正确的价值取向，使年轻气盛的青少年在为人处事上逐渐形成对美好品德的追求。
