国内土木期刊较好的，我凭印象写一些
《土木工程学报》，土木工程学会主办，我们戏称为土木工程试验学报。
（待会把手头这篇论文写完，有空了写个关于试验的吐槽)
《工程力学》，清华大学主办
《建筑结构学报》，注意区别《建筑结构》，两者档次还是有差别的，学报档次高。
《振动与冲击》，上海交大主办，研一的时候投过，审稿很快，录用也很快。
《铁道学报》《中国公路学报》《中国铁道科学研究》，这三个是行业期刊，由于行业与土木联系紧密所以也算土木类期刊。
首先，ASCE（美国土木工程师协会）旗下的期刊一般认可度都比较高。
