With the increasingly prominent energy issues, sustainable development has become a common problem of the new era of all mankind to overcome. Therefore, use appropriate evaluation methods and indicators to study solar factors influencing the heat transfer performance of heat exchanger, and summed up the improvement in practical engineering method, not only has important theoretical significance, and to make up for the future of the huge energy gap has great strategic significance. In this paper, drawing on the basis of the existing empirical formula, for a given set heat exchanger model and comprehensive study of the various factors for solar set heat exchanger thermal efficiency of the set, and evaluation parameters of the collector are deduced, and calculation of effect factors for the trend of the impact parameter to evaluate the obtained the collector under different flow rate and different inlet and outlet temperature conditions of heat collecting efficiency. The trend diagram of the evaluation parameters of the collector and the flow rate and the inlet and outlet temperature change trend is drawn, and the high efficiency operating parameters of the collector are obtained, which provides theoretical basis for improving the heat collection efficiency.

摘要：统计学是一门通过信息搜集，计算整理，分析验证等方式，对考察对象的发展规律进行摸索，甚至能预测对象未来走向的重要科学。由于统计学的应用面十分广，因此，统计学的发展对国家党政决策，企业发展，学术研究，甚至我们日常生活的方方面面都有着重大的影响。随着社会的发展，统计学走向可持续发展道路是必然趋势，为了做到这点我们必须要用实际行动去支持。然而，为了统计学更好的发展，我们要定立相应的发展对策，树立优良统计思想是一个关键，还有就是重视统计方面新人才的培育，最后就要朝统计教育改革的可行性方面努力。
Abstract: Statistics is an important scientific subject which probes the developing laws of research targets and even predicts the future trends of its objects of study by means of collecting information, calculating and arranging data, analyzing and verifying results and so on. Due to its numerous application fileds, the growth of statistics can significantly affect many aspects in our country, such as national policies made by parties and governments, enterpreneurial growth, academic research and even our daily lives. With the social development, it is natural that statistics will be on a sustainable developing track. In order to achieve this, we have to support it with actual deeds. Furthermore, in order to better develop statistics, we need to set up corresponding developing strategies. It is a key point to establish excellent statistical ideologies.
And we need to pay attention to the nurturing of new talents in statistics. Finally, we need to strive for the feasibility of education reforms of statistics.
