撤稿是发表sci论文过程中无法避免的，但却是要求作者尽力规避的。sci投稿后再撤稿会带来不少的麻烦，容易给作者带来不小的影响。万一遇到要撤稿，作者要学会正确撤稿。那么，sci投稿之后如何撤稿?
sci投稿之后，不管是什么原因引起的撤稿，并不是作者想要撤稿，就允许单方面撤回。正确撤稿方法，是作者向sci期刊申请撤稿，说明理由，期刊主编/出版商会评估是否符合撤稿条件。若符合，则允许撤稿，反之不能撤稿。也就是说，并不是所有的撤稿都能成功。
sci投稿后，若尚未见刊前需要撤稿，相对比较容易一些，影响小一些。若是见刊后再撤稿，难度就会大大增加，不仅撤稿要得到sci期刊的同意，还会在下一期刊登撤稿声明。一般声明的内容会给作者过目，而发表撤稿声明后的文章，通常仍然保留在网上，但会连接到撤稿声明。
sci投稿之后再撤稿是有影响的，作者在撤稿前，一定要考虑当下情况是否有必要撤稿。若不得不撤稿，比如文章中涉及一些纠纷、发现数据错误等，就与sci期刊编辑沟通撤稿相关事宜，如实告知撤稿原因。若没有必要撤稿，建议作者不要撤稿。即撤稿是sci投稿之后不得已的选择。
另外，撤稿肯定是有理由的，而理由是否合理，对作者带来的影响是有差异的。比如sci投稿后迟迟没有得到回复，作者不要上来就撤稿，而且耐心询问原因。因为sci论文发表时间相对比较长，而且越到的情况越复杂，要等待的时间就会越长。建议作者提前了解发一篇sci要多久，理智撤稿。
比较“通用”的原因：提交的稿件还不完善，有一些错误，需要补充试验等，所以需要撤回。

I submitted a manuscript (submission ID XXX) to the journal Euphytica a few days ago. Although it was rejected, the Submission Editorial Advisor Ken Cheng suggested four other journals to submit. We really appreciated his recommendations. After further careful revisions, we decided to submit the manuscript to Genetica, one of ken's recommendations.
But my assistant accidentally submitted the revised manuscript to Euphytica again and the submission ID is XXX. So, we have to withdraw this manuscript from Euphytica. Sorry for this inconvenience!

您好，我理解你的心情，如果已经被踢出SCI，发表肯定对你来说没有意义了。所以肯定要坚持撤稿
但是这个代价挺大的，已经收录的文章再撤稿，杂志社会非常不爽，毕竟确认如他们所说，审稿确实耽误了时间。
但是，换一种角度，SCI期刊如果要比提出目录，杂志社本身早就知道的，而且有义务通知作者。
