我印象中的hindawi是出了名的审稿快见刊快收费贵容易中，文章水平我看的几篇也一般。不过它能分到SCI或者EI的话的确是值得花点钱的，现在项目和毕业要求高了，期刊的存在也是刚需。

如果真是垃圾文章,不会收的,审稿很正规,编委很负责! 就是因为收费高,审稿速度快,加生国人投的多了,便被认为不好,再不好也是SCI, 为何要失落？其实很多所谓好的期刊，也存在一些垃圾文章！
