report论文格式怎么写

一、预备部分：Time（报告时间）Place（如果是会议，记录下会议地点）Attendee(如果是会议报告的话)Reportor(报告人或部门）Subject: 这里写报告主题，比如北冰洋冰融对航运业影响）（注：到此为止，读者一目了然报告涉及的背景，有没有兴趣继续读下去也做了判断。）二、正文部分条理：1. Truth 报告事实（比如北冰洋冰融的范围，速度等）2. Analysis 事实分析（比如事实成因分析）3. Future 未来展望（比如冰融之后会怎样，哪里的航路会被打通，优势，劣势正反面展望）4. Countermeasure 措施(这一条是蛮重要的，有些报告漏掉这条给上司的话，上司会认为你没有解决问题的个人能力）正文部分格式：1. 小标题可粗体，较大字体，以便读者迅速找到、掌握段落要点。2. 正文段落部分不用粗体，避免干扰小标题。3. 引用部分可用斜体区分。引用部分的比例最多不要超过50%，不然报告者只是个搬运工了，除非这是文择或是采访报告之类。4. 文中强调部分，可用下划线，但不要太多，太多反面没有重点了。5. 字体避免用艺术化的字就可以，常用的如Times\Courier,本人极爱Courier.6. 如果报告极长，要做个目录页，考究的话再做个封面（字体居中、大体字）。每页底部要有页码，这在报告会上方便参会者翻阅。三、结束：可用E.O.R.(End of Report)清清楚楚地收尾。

为了保证英文Report易于理解，有一定的格式需要遵循。标准英文报告格式的主要部分是：

1.该报告应采用12P文字，1.5倍行距，宋体输入。 2.报告应进行拼写检查。 3.所有来源需提供完整的参考列表且必须包含在报告的结尾。 4.扉页：包括姓名和学号，模块名称和代码，评估任务，讲师的名字和日期。 5.Abstract-摘要：该报告的根本原因。 6.Introduction-引言：这部分应该解释我们的评估，我们的目标，以及我们是如何规划以实现它的目的的。 7. Body-正文：应包括各方面的信息识别和定义的问题（为什么）。 8. Conclusion-结论：报告中重申的目的。 9. Referencing-引用：如果已经使用的任何材料需要引用，需要确保它被引用在文本中引用的部分，正确的引用方法是采用哈佛引用法。 10. Appendices-附录：附加信息，用于准备报告、新创建的平面图或者研究工具等等。

书面通知的正文上面的正中有NOTICE或ANNOUNCEMENT 标志。在正文最后的右下角要写上发通知的单位或组织者的姓名。在左下角写上发出通知的日期。
