突然发现 International Journal of Clinical and Experimental Medicine （IJCEM） 和 The International Journal of Clinical and Experimental Pathology (IJCEP） 不在SCI收录名单内，而是被ESCI（Emerging Source Citation Index）收录，具体情况如下图： 我们再来看看正常被SCI收录的期刊： 显然ESCI（Emerging Source Citation Index）和SCIE（Science Citation Index Expanded）是不一样的， SCIE属于SCI的网络版，具有影响因子，而ESCI是Web of Science在2015年新增的一个索引，主要是收录一些具有潜力的新刊，不具有影响因子。虽然被ESCI收录的期刊仍然可以在Web of Science上检索到，但是显示收录情况是Emerging Source Citation Index。 一般图书馆开具的证明或者科研处认的是Science Citation Index、Science Citation Index Expanded收录的,所以说在Web of Science上检索到的文章并不能说明就是属于SCI，关键看所在期刊是否被Science Citation Index、Science Citation Index Expanded收录。 之前 International Journal of Clinical and Experimental Medicine （IJCEM） 和 The International Journal of Clinical and Experimental Pathology (IJCEP） 是被SCIE（Science Citation Index Expanded）收录的，并且具有影响因子的，现在被放进了ESCI（Emerging Source Citation Index）， 很明显这两个期刊名声越来越差，被拉黑得越来越严重了 。 对于上面这两个期刊，如果需要毕业的或者评职称的朋友，就要慎重考虑了，不然可能就要重演当年Oncotarget的悲剧了。
