How to improve the efficiency of assembly production line is the key for enterprise management and achieving higher efficiency. This paper introduces two important methods to improve the efficiency of assembly production line: one is to improve the skills and quality of workers by human resources allocation and guidance; the other is to use mechanical automation equipment to improve the production efficiency of assembly production line.
