基本套路
1、解题，也就是做什么
2、为什么，也就是在梳理国内外研究现状的基础上，阐明自己研究的意义。这里可以提出前人研究存在的三个问题，或本课题的三个难题，立靶子，留待后面慢慢解。
3、怎么做，也就是讲清楚自己的研究是怎么设计和实施的，解决了一两个难题。
4、效果怎么样，基于研究过程，得到了哪些重要的研究数据、结论，解决了哪些问题，形成三点结论，与前面的三个难题呼应。
5、总结强化自己的特色亮点，以及不足之处，请听众批评。
答辩ppt的做法
基本要围绕上述基本套路，切忌三个误区。
1、把论文复制到ppt上，包括结构和体例。
2、放大量文字在ppt上，为了方便照着读。无论是正文还是批注都是不可取的。
3、放图表在ppt上，不加解释。
解决方案：
1、以听众的理解为目标，应按照上述四个步骤来重新组织。
2、尽量口语化表述。把长句为主的书面语用嘴巴讲出来，是非常催眠的。需要口语化陈述，环环相扣，避免废话，需要多练。
3、ppt是陈述的补充材料，是为了提供口头陈述所难表达的图表、复杂定义、例子等，让听众感到图文并茂，深入浅出。

我是来自20XX级xxx的学生xx，我的指导老师是xxx老师。我的论文题目是《贵州酒文化旅游开发探析》。
首先，我想谈谈我写这篇的目的及意义。
其实关于酒文化的旅游开发和设计虽然已经有很多人做了研究，其中关于贵州酒文化的旅游开发也有涉及，但是我依然选择了这个作为自己的论文题目，首先是基于自己的兴趣爱好；同时，也是基于了以下三个方面的考虑：
1、现在随着国内旅游业发展的进一步深入，旅游模式逐步升级，开始由观光游时代向体验游时代转变，旅游类型也开始由大众旅游向专业化、多元化方向发展，专题旅游已经成为一种旅游发展的趋势。本文的酒文化旅游正是一种专题旅游。本文的写作目的也就是在专题化旅游开发的大背景下，为我省的旅游规划和发展提供一种声音，一个思路。
2、我们知道，论文提纲，旅游的生命在于特色，有了特色旅游业的发展才能长远，酒文化旅游就是贵州旅游的一大特色。贵州作为茅台的故乡，不仅有悠久的酒文化历史，更有丰富的酒文化旅游资源。探讨贵州的酒文化旅游开发，不仅对贵州有着特别的意义，对国内酒文化的旅游开发也是一种典范带动。
3、我选择这个题目，老实说，我一开始是觉得这方面的文献资料比较充分，应该易于开展论文的撰写，所以选择了它。
其次，我想重点说一下本文的主要内容及探讨的主要问题。
本文主要阐述了酒文化以及酒文化旅游的内涵，同时重点对贵州发展酒文化旅游的条件和存在的问题进行了分析，在此基础上对贵州酒文化旅游产品的开发提出了一些建议。
本文主要有五个组成部分：
1、酒文化旅游概述，在这一部分我首先介绍了酒文化、酒文化旅游的'定义，并重点阐明了贵州酒文化旅游资源的类型。
2、对贵州开展酒文化旅游的条件进行了分析，主要从地理气候、资源条件、社会文化、政府政策等方面做了阐述，从而充分论证了贵州酒文化旅游开发的可行性和必要性。这是本文的一个难点。
3、对贵州酒文化旅游开发中现在存在的突出问题进行了分析，如酒旅分家严重，产品单一，开发创新力度低，缺乏专业化的策划、推广和营销等。我认为这是本文的亮点。
4、针对贵州现存的问题，我尝试给出了贵州酒文化旅游产品开发的建议，通过挖掘？整合、再塑造贵州酒文化，进一步开展酒文化旅游节庆活动，彻底激活酒旅游的活力，从而塑造民族酒品牌、创造出品牌效应，进而开展酒乡旅游，打造出成熟的酒文化旅游线路，最终结合其他行业推进贵州酒旅游的综合开发，真正实现贵州旅游业的再发展，再辉煌。我认为这正是本文为数不多的一个创新之处。
5、最后总结全文，给出方向。
最后我想说一下本文的缺陷及我的写作体会。
由于本人水平所限对某些概念和方法的理解还不是很深刻，其中关于开发的畅想也只是学生凭着现在学的知识，在分析了贵州现状的基础上给出的一些建议，思考肯定还不够深刻也不够全面。同时我觉得本文的最大缺憾是没有相应数据分析和图表解释，以致文章的阐述缺乏足够的说服力。
这一方面是自己的专业数据收集、处理能力不够，另外就是现有专业的、权威的、最新的酒文化旅游的数据缺乏。没有相应部门的统计，获取当然不易。此外虽然我已经很仔细的检查过了，但是依然可能还存在一定的错别字或语句不是很通顺的地方。
关于体会：坦白说通过这次论文的写作，在信息检索、阅读写作、基础知识、沟通能力等方面都得到了一定程度的提高。但是，这篇论文的写作以及分析的过程，也是我越来越认识到自己知识与分析能力薄弱的过程。
虽然，我尽可能地收集材料，竭尽所能运用自己所学的知识进行的和分析，但论文还是存在许多不足之处，分析不透彻或者建议不具体，还有待改进。所以请各位老师多批评指正，让我在今后的学习与工作中做到更好。

昨天在思考为什么自己看了一阵子论文了，感觉还是成效不高，于是看了一下学堂在线一门关于写论文的课程。看完反思了一下： 一、自己的阅读量也不够，于是我立马去搜集了这个领域一些重要的书籍，打印好以后，写好日期，打算按照顺序一本本看过去。 二、论文阅读的时候，没有写足够多的反思。从论文的框架到如何遣词造句，再到观点如何演变而成，我都没有认真去记笔记，写反思，所以前段时间看的论文属于无效的，这也导致我至今对论文的整体构造不甚熟悉。 三、不了解期刊，没有每天关注各种期刊，视野仅仅停留在知网上，而知网上的论文是一篇篇的，而非一本本，所以我很难形成一个整体感受，遑论了解期刊特点。 四、上课没有深入思考老师的问题，并就其问题进行归纳思考，也大概是不感兴趣吧，这方面只能通过读书思考。 五、勤于练笔。虽然现在每天都在写，但是感觉写的都是废话呀，但胜在坚持，除此之外，打算从现在开始，就一个领域持续跟踪，通过写综述来锻炼自己的写作水平。 能想到的也就这些了，道理知道再多也只是道理，重要的是执行的能力。每天都给自己写一份日程计划，一点点的执行起来。 感觉写反思的过程有点局限，只思考了一个学习的角度，明天开始可以多添加点别的角度，让自己的思维活跃起来。

Part two is literature review which introduces the relevant research about this novel at home and abroad and then points out the theoretical basis and methods. Part three gives a timeline of the gothic tradition in literature and explains the main characteristics of gothic works. Part four explains the three aspects of the gothic style in the novel，that is, the death theme, grotesque characters and mystic atmosphere. Part five then explains in detail the causes of the gothic style in this novel: patriarchal oppression, the myth of southern ladyhood and Emily’s attitude towards love. Finally, in the conclusion, the author summarizes the previous parts and emphasizes the significance of the argument of the thesis again.

I am Wu Lin. First and foremost, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to my supervisor, professor Hu Anjiang, for his intellectual guidance, invaluable instructions and comments on my thesis. It is with his valuable assistance that I have finally accomplished this thesis.
My topic is On the tragedy figures at historical turning points(Comparison of KongYiji and Rip Van Winkle).
The whole thesis consists of 6 parts. The first part will give a brief introduction of the negative, evasive and conservative attitudes of Kong and Rip as well as the topic’s significance in the real society. And the second part is going to analyze the figures’ background to show the historical necessity of the tragedies. In the third part, the tragic heroes’ failing in the character according to their living environment will be further discussed and the fourth part is to talk about their different tendency of dispositions and behaviors in the society. Then the author will dig into the root causes of the tragedies in the fifth part, and sum up the whole paper to reveal the ideological weak points of the two countries separately in the last part.

Firstly, I am very interested in the study of ambiguity. Ambiguity is a common phenomenon in all natural languages. As is known to all, in our daily conversations, ambiguity is often employed to achieve the effect of humor, thus creating a relaxing atmosphere and letting people feel at ease. Some jokes caused by ambiguity is very interesting.
Secondly, I have read several articles about ambiguity written by linguistics and scholars. I found my knowledge of ambiguity is very limited, superficial and nonsystematic. What I knew is just the tip of the iceberg. So I plan to learn more about ambiguity by this research.
Thirdly, I found many scholars have carried out numerous studies of ambiguity, but a majority of these studies are focused on single language separately. Articles about comparison between English ambiguity and Chinese ambiguity are not sufficient. So it is necessary to make further study.

Next, I will present the outline of my thesis. It consists of 7 parts.
The first part gives a brief introduction to the ambiguity and structure of the thesis.
The second part is literature review, briefly introducing the development of study of ambiguity and some scholars’s main views.
The third to fifth parts focus on three types of ambiguity in English and Chinese: phonological ambiguity, lexical ambiguity, syntactic ambiguity. In every broad type, I respectively list some detailed branches and cite some vivid English and Chinese examples to explain these ambiguity phenomena. But I put more focus on the third part and point out two differences of ambiguity between English ambiguity and Chinese ambiguity.
The part six will point out positive results by using ambiguity deliberately in daily conversations, advertisements and literary works.
The last part is the conclusion.
I hope by this contrastive research, we will have a better understanding of ambiguity in English and Chinese and apply it to our life and study.

Through a close reading of the text, this thesis aims at making a Foucanldian interpretation on Lessing's motivation behind portraying such a schizophrenic female personality, convincing the reader that power permeates every capillary of the society mainly by exerting influence on power relations between individual. Sinceeverything concerns with the functioning of power, be it tragedy or comedy, Anna's destiny cannot be an exception, instead of restraining from the one-way suppress from men,Foucault's power theory enables us to put the heroine into a larger, more diverse cultural or social background where individual's identity could be perceived with much more plurality or heterogeneity. Ultimately, given Anna's gender attributes, the application of Foucault's power theory to the analysis of heroine can shed light on how women could wittedly deal with their counterpart, strike a balance between freedom and restriction, and thus heading feminism into a more reasonable and rational direction.
Secondly, I want to talk about the structure and main contents of this paper.
The author is going to divide this thesis into five chapters. 理论是实践的航标。进行理论学习一直是我们课题组坚持执行的工作重点之一，因为我们深知，没有丰富的理念知识，我们的课改是无法进行下去的，因此，本学期我们将理论学习渗透在平时的学习生活中，培养课题组成员做学习型教师，养成学习的习惯。这个习惯从课题实验开始一直延续至今。我们课题教师长期坚持进行相关的理论学习，并在组内实现知识共享。我们在网上申请了一个课题组群，好的 文章 大家共同学习，还将所看到的文章和观点进行交流讨论，这样，我们在科研研思想上就容易沟通和达成共识。
追求高效，开展《小组合作学习》模式探索。
在课题前阶段，我们确立了《如何引领学生多 渠道 ，多角度解读文本》的阅读教学子课题，并在中心校三年级以上语文课堂进行了一年时间的研讨，取得了一定的收获。在上一次的阶段性总结报告中，我校作了专题报告。我们的老师和学生都不同程度地的获得了收益。20__年初，我校决定以《小组合作学习》模式对课堂教学进行改革，并率先在《语文》学科进行初探。我们的小组合作学习模式从以下几个版块开展研讨。
一是成立小组，并以小组特色确立组名，分别有“创新组、争先组、等，组内成员根据具体情况进行调换。
二是确立名为“山间新笋茁壮成长”栏目，全班学生竞争十个项目。以贴小苹果为奖品累计得分，分别在“上课、晨读、作业、纪律、卫生、 体操 、安全、生活”等十个项目中争取优胜，促进学生全面发展。
三是确立名为“我是班级小明星”栏目，一个月内分别评选“坐姿明星、生活明星、劳动明星、孝敬明星、作业明星、阅读明星、书写明星、学习明星、礼仪明星、进步明星”，明星的产生来自于各学科任课教师，各小组组长及课题组教师的评选。
四是成立两个展示台，一个是“男女生pk台”，一个是“你争我赶展示台”，展示台都将以小组集体的形式进行竞争，超越，真正体现集体合作的力量。
以上几个版块都是以班级 文化 的形式在教室四周设置，突出高效、美观、鲜活。
我们在校内开展了多次小组合作学习研讨活动，不断地学习、实践、探索，我们的课堂中，教师走下来，靠近孩子，共同学习。教师和学生的角色在不断地发生着变化，“参与者，指导者、学习者、合作者、探索者......”学生的听、说、读、写、思、辨能力得到了充分的锻炼。为了更大限度的促进孩子的成长，提高学生的合作学习能力，追求 高效课堂 ，我们在备课上下功夫，树立大语文观，利用一切可利用资源，“链接、拓展、延伸”等，任务设计有梯度，拓展与延伸巧妙结合，课堂生成有层次，我们在真实的课改中，追求真实的卓越课堂。
摸索推广，彰显成绩
目前， 我校的小组合作学习课堂教学模式已在各学科进行推广。并在一定程度上取得了不蜚的成绩。在县教科所组织的小学美术、〈数学〉优质课竞赛中，我校美术教师钟玲娜、数学老师田燕以小组合作学习的模式，在课堂教学中，充分展示了学生的自主、合作、探究能力，学生的动手实践能力、思维能力、表达能力得到有效提升，使课堂教学精彩纷呈，分别获得了县级二等奖、三等奖的好成绩，田燕老师执教的〈探索规律〉课堂实录还被兄弟学校 收藏 和借鉴。在县教科分所组织的〈新课标〉知识竞赛中，我校程丽珍老师以文考97分的成绩入围演讲比赛，并在演讲比赛中取得了一等奖。
我们的课题进入了盘点和整理资料的阶段。老师们一份份的学习笔记、听课记录、案例评析、精品课教案、教学反思、学期总结等等，就是我们成长的印记。面那一张张奖状，就象一串串金色饱满的麦穗，它凝聚着我们的智慧和汗水，同时盛载着我们丰收的喜悦。
我们课题组的工作既严肃又活泼，既充满困难又充满了希望。课题研究的过程是一个艰苦的过程，也是一个充满乐趣的过程，我们课题组成员一定会团结一致，争取把小组合作学习的研讨工作做得更系统，更扎实，让研究成果作用于更多的.学生，在学的提高和发展中绽放光芒。

一、 研究进度：
针对课题研究，在完成了开题报告后，我们就展开了第一阶段的研究。现第一阶段、第二阶段已经
完成。第三阶段关于学生 英语阅读 兴趣的培养以及英语阅读的有效教学正在展开。
二、 主要研究内容：
第一阶段的研究内容是探讨英语阅读教学中存在的问题。通过深入课堂观察、走访教师和学生，了解学生阅读学习的现状。然后对调查情况进行分析，对影响阅读速度及阅读效果的原因加以总结。
三、完成的主要研究工作：
1、首先我对七、 八年级 的部分学生做了一项学情调查。同时，针对这一学情调查，进行总结分析。此次调查主题：影响初中生阅读速度及阅读效果的原因调查。对象：七年级、八年级的部分学生。 调查内容：围绕 英语学习 兴趣、英语阅读学习能力进行分析，进而了解学生的学习现状。这次调查采用问卷的形
式，围绕问卷调查设计如下：

结果统计：选择1)选项的人数占23%，为A类。选择2)选项的人数占53% ，为B类。选择3)选项的人数占24%，为C类。从直观数字上看，B类学生的存在之多，说明学生英语学习的兴趣还是一般，
越往高年级学生 学习英语 的兴趣越低。
分析：学生学习英语缺乏学习兴趣，认为费时、费力，成绩不能很快有大的提高。在学习中缺乏高效率，需要改善有效学习途径，提高课堂教学的效果。这一分析为此次课题研究找到好的切入点。
2.课题展开研究：
结合课堂英语教学实际，充分研讨英语阅读教学的规律，提出并实施“提高学生阅读速度及阅读效率”的具体策略， 并有效指导于学生。我首先分析学生的学习现状，找出学生在英语阅读学习中的困惑或不足，
然后利用英语阅读课逐步指导学生，有效地改善学生英语阅读的学习效果。
3.在本课题研究期间，为了更好充实课题研究的内容，我利用资料室、网络信息以及阅读理论书籍
等方式加强了理论学习。
四、研究结果概述：
本阶段研究意在结合课堂教学，对学生的英语阅读学习加以指导。为此经过本阶段的研究在英语阅读教学中我摸索出了自己的一些应对策略。即扩大词汇量，训练阅读速度，克服不良阅读习惯，教给学生
一些阅读技巧，如略读、跳读。
鼓励学生多做一些阅读练习。课堂教学与课外练习相结合。
五、主要收获及阶段性成果：
指导学生学会利用一些阅读技巧来提高学生的英语学习兴趣及阅读速度。本阶段形成研究成果论文2 篇，名称《初中生英语阅读现状及成因》《有关初中生英语阅读的学习与策略》, 读书笔记 几篇。
六、存在的困难与问题：
理论研究上升不到新的高度，在研究中新教学理念与课题的结合体现落实不够。
七、下阶段研究的设想与建议
1加强理论学习，了解有关课题研究方面的新动态、新成果，结合本课题实际多做借鉴， 帮助学生
树立自信心，培养学生对阅读学习的的兴趣。不断改进 教学方法 ，提高阅读效率。
2.结合研究内容，指导课堂实践，有效改变英语阅读教学。
清楚地写下所研究的问题检查陈述的问题 课题的陈述是否完整，合乎语法 研究的范围是否给予了清楚的限定根据上述检查，修订陈述针对修订过的陈述，反思下列问题： 研究结果能否带来重要而有用的成果和信息？ 研究的结果是否只是收集资料、做出是非判断？ 问题是否浓缩，在时间、经费和努力的约束状态下实现反思研究问题是否具有研究价值？向有经验的研究者进行咨询，和同行商讨研究问题
论文的总结部分应该写的就是首先就是间断信息丰富、新颖的观点、结论与引言紧密联系、概述不足、校对、整理和润色。
1、结论
首先要根据分析结果，精练地概括出几条本研究的贡献。其次对本研究作出自我评价，结论部分可以加入主观意见，表达作者对本研究工作的评价。到了论文结论这一阶段，主要的重点是表述问题。
2、分析
分析结果要注重客观性，用数据和事实来说话，完成数据分析以后，要结合研究目的，提出论点来解释分析结果。一般在论文中，这部分内容会用图表简要地列出分析结果，并围绕主要论点和操作论点来比较分析结果与预期结果之间的差距。
3、结论写作要求
（1）改写主题语句，首先说明论文内容，并解释研究目的，同时以论据支持结果。
（2）确保在论文内容中，已回答研究论文中的主要问题。
（3）检查是否分析了相反论点，这部分可以包含在摘要中，以提示读者话题内容。
（4）最后指出与话题相关的影响。
4、有效论文结论
（1）概述不足之处，提出改进建议或总结所用方法对你工作的影响。
（2）突出你的贡献，结论与引言紧密联系，开头的所有问题要能在结论中找到答案。
（3）回顾全文内容，避免添加新的观点，总结要准确有力。
（4）内容简短但信息丰富，总结在论文中的发现，但不必讨论太多细节。
（5）最后阶段完成结论的撰写后，需要做的是校对、整理和润色。
