这里只看正规期刊，野鸡杂志不算的话，那需要看论文发什么层次的杂志，一般分4个层次：省级普刊，CN/ISSN刊号的 300-800元一个版面，一般2600字符一个版面，5个版面起算；国家级权威期刊，一般800-1500元一个版面；核心期刊，一般5000元起价一个版面；国外核心期刊，不是钱的事 花多少钱都也许搞不定（野鸡杂志除外）

现在EI数据库官网已经发布了2013年最新的EI目录了，可以根据目录里面有的杂志进行投稿。
在中国有些比较好的杂志是直接EI或者SCI送检的，只要是被此杂志录用的文章，最终会被EI、SCI数据库收录。这只个数据库不是发表文章的地，发表的就去* 品 优 刊。

看你发的是哪类的期刊。还有就是要看你文章写的好不好。首先，核心期刊的质量要求是比较高的。投稿核心期刊应该注意论文撰写的质量。如果是工科核心论文，国内的核心期刊安排周期都是比较长的。也就是说你现在投稿的话，杂志社可能给你安排到明年七八月才可以见刊。这中间有好几个月的间隔。不过也是可以找别人，比如品优刊就是可以的，自己还是进一步的去咨询一下哈！
