朋友你好，直接往要投的报刊、网站或者其他媒体的电子邮箱投稿即可。根据我多年从事文字工作的经验，我认为：如果投稿更有针对性，命中率会更高一些。这就关系到，你是哪里的？干什么的？写的稿件是什么体裁？什么内容？如果说投稿的话，最好投当地的报刊、网络或者是你从事的职业报刊发表，要投哪个媒体首先要研究哪个媒体，看它需要什么内容、什么体裁、什么格式的稿件，“对症下药”，这样会更轻松一些、方便一些，命中率会更高一些。如果你能够告诉我你的具体情况（干什么工作，哪里的，写的小说的大致内容等），我可以给你一些建议。我1993年开始在部队时开始发表各类文章，包括：报告文学、新闻、诗歌、散文、小说、评论等体裁的，到目前，先后在《人民日报》《法制日报》《农民日报》《中国文化报》《法制文萃》《半月谈》《解放军报》《中国国防报》《中国绿色时报》《中国日报》《中国教育报》《人民公安报》《中国交通报》《中国安全生产报》《中国转业军官》《中国人事》《道路交通管理》等报刊发表的大约5000篇左右吧，有40多篇获奖。另外：投稿时，第一要有信心，第二要投对报刊媒体，这两点非常重要。祝你成功！

打开模板，把你文章的内容都拷过来，然后调格式。比如把题目都选中，点“title”，把一级目录选中，点“H1”，就自动设为相应的格式了，依次类推。

大多杂志欢迎WORD格式，因为方便修改和排版。
至于附件，他们也不太欢迎，除非是很长的稿件（超过两万最好用附件）。大家知道，很多病毒是通过邮件附件传送的，而很多杂志社的电脑上都装了病毒粉碎机这个软件，就是说在处理电子邮件的时候，有附件的系统一律删除。这意味着您辛苦的文字永远不会被编辑看到。另外，附件来稿格式不同，往往因为软件问题而打不开，或者，打开是乱码。
所以，为了您自身利益，别使用附件投稿。
3.主题：投稿栏目、文章名、发表笔名。
内容：文章的全部内容。
段间不必空一行。
作者信息在正文后面。
4.作者信息：您的真实联系地址、邮编、姓名、邮箱地址、固定电话、手机、QQ号码（注明QQ名）、其他您觉得有必要留的联系信息（比如简介）。

书信一般由称谓、问候语、正文、结尾、署名、日期所构成。 我们以刘星给强强的一封信为例作简单讲析。
1 .称谓 在首行顶格的位置写称谓，后加冒号。 为了表示尊敬、亲切，可在称谓前加上“尊敬的”或“亲爱的”等词。这由写信人与收信人的关系的亲疏远近而定。 亲爱的强强：（同学之间，关系亲密，可用亲爱的）

3 .正文 另起一行空两格写，一般一件事一段，注意要分层次叙述清楚，简洁清晰 语言要求准确通俗，明白如话，不要作过多过深的修饰，已免造成对方难于理解。 最近我们准备开一次同学聚会，不知你有时间回来参加没有。 另外，请你帮我到新华书店买一本语文学习资料，阅读方面的。
4 .结尾 要根据收信人的身份，写表示祝愿的话，以示礼貌。 一般性的祝词“此致”“敬礼”，格式是另起一行空两格写“此致”，“敬礼”下一行顶格写。
给长者的信往往写“祝您健康长寿”，给朋友写“祝工作顺利”，给晚辈写“祝你学习进步”。 祝 学习更上一层楼。
5 .署名和日期
最后两行靠右写写信人的姓名，姓名正下方落下写信日期。

若你是初次投稿，别选择那些名刊，否则屡投不中，会挫伤您的投稿积极性。建议找些门槛低的省级期刊投稿，这类杂志有故事汇、故事世界、幽默与笑话。另外知识窗杂志你也可去试试。投稿时，你还要注意投稿格式，电子邮件投稿注意事项。 在这里顺便给你介绍一些注意事项，以提高你命中率：
稿子后，要有完备的联系方式：作者名字、署名、地址、电话、邮箱，QQ什么的都要详细，以便编辑联系你啊！要是没有这些，发了你文章，难找你拿稿酬啊！还有，详细的联系方式是编辑鉴定作者是不是抄袭稿子的一个重要依据。
用电子邮件投稿，得注明投什么栏目，写上你名字和稿子名字。
写稿子要积累，写稿前，你要多了解、研究你投稿杂志。包括杂志定位，板块情况、目标人群、栏目的风格、栏目设置、字数等。做到有的放矢。
(一)题目、署名及层次格式、文字、字数要求：
1、文稿采用A4幅面word文档;中文标题为三号黑体，如有副标题，另起一行，字体为四号宋体;正文为小四号仿宋体;英文字体为Times New Roman，标题字号为三号，字母全部大写;如有副标题，另起一行，首字母大写，正文为小四号字体;文稿应加注页码。
2、题目居中，作者署名(五号、仿宋体)及单位信息(五号、仿宋体)标在题目下，(当作者单位不同时，应用1、2……标识区别)。需做作者简介时，可在当页下方划一条横线，在横线下加说明。
3、摘要和关键词(五号、黑体)写在题目后、正文前，摘要和关键词的内容部分为五号仿宋体。
(二)文稿和图稿其它要求：
1、正确阐述技术内容。名词术语应符合国家有关标准、规范。如所采用的名词术语尚未编定时，可采用各业务部门和科研单位常用的名词术语，不要任意用简称、方言。
2、准确使用标点符号，注意：
(1)标题、图题、表名后及公式后不用标点;
(2)阿拉伯数字的起止(范围)号用“~”，如：
“20~30”，“8%~10%”，“0~10oC”
3、对正文中的某些问题需加以说明时，可用“呼应注”(也叫脚注)，即在所要加注处的右上角标注“①、②……”，同时在本页末留出位置，划一横线与正文隔开，在横线下注明“①、②……”。
大部分期刊只要文章内容写得好，格式方面的问题都有返修的机会（当然，投稿前就把格式整理好是最好的，毕竟返修也耽误时间），但这并不意味着文章不需要任何格式！！！论文不是作文，不能按照中学语文老师教的那样去写。不需要格式完全正确，但论文基本要素要有，并且最起码要让人看着舒服，全篇不分段、一行挨着一行、一段挨着一段。
回到主题，投稿到期刊上的学术论文，一般需要具备以下几点内容——
题目、作者、单位、单位所在省市及邮编、作者简介、摘要、关键词、中图分类号、文献标识码、正文、参考文献、五项英译（题目、作者、单位、摘要、关键词）
第一步：找到投稿网址。ACS的投稿网址是：第二步：登陆投稿系统。如果没有账户，请先注册； 有用户的话，使用账户密码登陆第三步：选择一个你要投稿的期刊，比如说JACS，选中之后点GO第四步：点击GO之后，进入填写界面，开始选择文章类别第五步：填写题目和摘要，并确认文章接收后是否同意以Just accepted的形式发布在JACS网站上，都填写确认后之后，点击Save&Continue第六步：填写作者和研究单位。ACS里面会让你选择是否是投稿代理，如果你是论文的作者（不管几作），选择代表你自己投稿。然后一一通过邮箱添加论文的作者，填写研究单位，调整作者顺序（请严格按照论文中的作者排序），都填好之后点击Save & Continue.第七步：添加推荐的审稿人和屏蔽的审稿人（名字和邮箱一定要准确），都填好之后点击Save & Continue.第八步：填写并上传Cover Letter，然后填写基金（包括基金号码），确定有无利益冲突，文章被拒之后是否接受transfer（系统可以直接将你的文件转交ACS旗下的另外一个期刊，无需重写投稿，被拒之后会发邮件给你确认的，这个对稿件是否接受并没有影响），是否引用了未发表工作等等，如果之前有投过同一期刊或者ACS的其他期刊，要在系统中做出说明，并在cover letter里面说明你做了什么改动等。大家严格按照要求填写确认即可，全部弄好之后，点击Save & Continue.第九步：上传manu，supporting information等文件（记得每个上传的文件都要选择它所对应的是什么）。全部弄好之后，点击Save & Continue.第十步：仔细检查你填写的内容，一定不要出错，如果有需要修改的内容，点击edit进行修改。

投稿格式是：稿件题目下面写作者姓名，姓名下面是内文。内文结束处，是作者的姓名、地址、电话、邮箱、QQ等信息。如果是发电子稿件，主题栏要标明，投稿加稿件题目。题目、姓名、正文之间都要有行的间距。写完作文，一定要认真地，逐字逐句地看过去，不能出现一个错字、别字。也不能忽视对标点符号的审核，不能一逗到底，也不能随意使用标点。
投稿的重复率要求

稿费标准如何？ 稿费一般不低于100元千字，特稿特优。对于文字方面问题比较多的稿件，如果决定采用，将适当降低其稿费标准。
答复期限如何？
一般在投稿后三周内答复，最长不超过1个月（法定时间）。如果逾期没有收到答复，作者可自行处理其稿件。
一稿多投谁负责？
如果在1个月内的某个时点稿件被它刊决定采用而造成一稿多投，责任在作者一方。扣发作者相应稿费。如果逾期没有得到回复，而在逾期后出现一稿多投，责任在编辑一方。稿费照发。
