“三生教育”的内容主要包括认识生命，感悟生命，了解生存环境，提高生存质量，树立正确的生活态度，热爱生活。这方面的内容在语文教材中有很多体现。因而，中学语文教师可以通过讲解课文来渗透“三生教育”，帮助学生树立正确的价值观，在学习中感悟生命的美好和学习的快乐。例如，初中语文教材中《假如生活欺你》《济南的冬天》《春》《海燕》《谈生命》《大自然的语言》这些课文中都包含了“生命教育”。“生存教育”在中学教学中也有很多体现。初中语文教材中有许多关于“生存教育”的内容，例如，《生于安乐，死于忧患》《三峡》等文章。此外，就是“生活教育”在中学语文中的渗透。生活教育的宗旨就是帮助学生掌握生活技能，获得生活经验，树立正确的生活态度。语文源于生活，反映生活。例如：在海伦•凯勒所写的《再塑生命》中体现了作者面对生活的困境不低头，保持乐观心态，努力追求美好生活的精神。
2.在写作中，运用“三生教育”观点
初中语文老师在进行写作教学时，要有意识地去引导学生热爱生活，表达内心真实想法。学生作文的素材来源于生活、大自然，老师要有意识地引导学生去观察生活、感知生活，在生活中多思考，积累一些生活的素材，从而运用到写作教学中。例如，5•12汶川地震发生后，组织学生观看地震后续发展的视频，学生通过视频对事情了解后，让学生根据所感所想，写一篇与生活有关的作文，增加学生对生命、生活、生存的理解，让学生通过写作更加珍爱生命，热爱生活。初中语文写作教学渗透“三生教育”的过程中不能急于求成，语文老师应该善于抓住教学内容和学生的实际情况进行渗透。例如，培养学生写日记的习惯，学生写日记的过程是对生活的感悟和生活经验的积累。
3.在阅读中，融入“三生教育”

一、提高备课质量
认真备课是提高语文课堂教学质量的第一步。有些教师每天需要连续为多个班级或者不同年级班级授课，在繁重的教学任务下，如果不预先进行备课，做到心中有数，上课时难免失去方向和重心，课堂教学质量也难以得到保证。备课首先要确定每节课需要讲述新内容的量及所要回顾的知识，并规划好回顾旧知识与讲解新知识的时间比例。其次，要明确新知识中哪些知识是需要重点讲解的，哪些知识可以稍微少花点时间去分析，还要留意新知识与旧知识之间的衔接关系是什么。再次，要注意准备好一些例子，以启发学生思考，或者帮助其理解所授内容。功夫在课外，要提高语文课堂教学的有效性，语文教师须从两方面做好课前准备，为上课打下坚实基础。一是认真研读文本，获得自己的感悟。教师要对课文的写作背景、作者经历有一个清楚的了解，这样才能更好地理解作者的写作意图，更好地认识文章的主题思想;要对课文的语言文字从字、词语到句子再到段落以及全文做一个疏通，这是理解文章的前提;要对文章的结构包括过渡有一个清晰的把握，文章的逻辑结构是体现文章主题的重要形式;在综合各方面信息基础上，把握文章的主要内容、思想感情。教师要认真研读文本，结合教学参考资料，最终获得自己的感悟和理解。对文本有自己的感悟和理解，而不是人云亦云，是课堂上解读课文的重要一环。二是研究学生。学生是语文课堂教学对象，研究教学对象是课前准备的又一重要环节。试想，如果教师对学生一无所知，教学目标如何确定，教学重点如何体现，教学难点又如何攻破呢?不明白学生的学习基础和兴趣点，教师教学时就难以做到有的放矢，教学的有效性也就难以有保障。课堂教学是教师的教、学生的学两者相结合的过程，是师生互动的过程。学生是主体，教师起主导作用。在课堂上，教师启发、引导学生思考，调动学生的主动性、积极性，学生自己得出结论，通过一个又一个的提问、回答问题环节的循环，学生得到了训练，提高了能力，思想情操也得到了熏陶。而这一切以教师了解学生学习水平和学习兴趣为基础。了解学生的阅读能力、写作水平怎样，全班学生的整体基础如何，学生的传统文化根底如何，学生对文学作品是否有足够的兴趣，等等，这些是语文教师在课堂上攻破教学难点、突出教学重点、调动学生积极性的必要课前准备工作。
二、让每个学生都参与到课堂教学中来
教师应该想办法让每个学生都参与到语文课堂教学中来，让其成为课堂教学的主体。充分发挥学生的积极性，有助于提高语文授课效果。而传统的教学方式是教师一个人在不停地讲，学生在听，这样使得教师和学生的沟通交流很少，缺乏互动，导致大部分学生和教师步调不一致，大大影响课堂效率。因此，新课程标准下，语文教师要让学生更多地参与到课堂教学中来，大家一起交流，相互学习，加强沟通。只有这样，教师才能了解学生的理解情况，发现学生的困惑和理解误区，并及时帮助其纠正，达到事半功倍的效果。教师要转变传统观念，主动把自己融入到学生中间，使自己成为他们的知心朋友，成为学生面对困难时倾述的对象，成为他们成长路上的人生导师。
三、把握语文课堂教学的节奏
语文课堂教学的节奏可以在备课阶段进行初步的规划，但是也要在具体的课堂教学实践中进行调整。调整要依据学生的理解程度进行，并考虑学生的兴趣，同时要参考教学大纲要求。如果学生的接受能力比较强，理解都到位了，可以适当提高讲课的速度，反之，需要放慢讲课速度，花更多的时间帮助学生去理解所授知识。节奏的把控能力是初中语文教师在教学过程中通过长期的观察和总结才能得到的，是一种经验的积累，也是一种重要的教学能力。熟练、恰当地把控课堂节奏，对提高课堂教学质量而言，将起到事半功倍的作用。教师应该做到心中有数，在哪些内容上需要多花时间，哪些地方可以稍微加快进度，更好地把控课堂教学的秩序，提高课堂教学质量。
四、重视作文教学
作文是语文学习的重要部分，分值高，对语文成绩的好坏起到决定性作用。因此，要提高语文教学的质量，不可忽视作文教学环节。作文教学应该从以下几个方面来抓。第一，在课文的教学过程中，渗透作文的写法。当讲述到比较经典的课文时，教师应注意教导学生好好体会课文的句式、段落的写作方法，并引用到自己的作文当中去。第二，安排专门的写作课，教导学生作文的写作方法，包括审题方法、文章的谋篇布局方法、段落结构形式设计方法等。第三，课堂上注意布置一些周记练习的任务。这样可以锻炼学生的组词造句、炼句的能力，有助于提高其在考试过程中的写作速度及水平。周记应要求学生用特定的篇幅结构、段落结构等进行练习，有助于学生熟练掌握作文的写作技巧。

目前，新课改实施的如火如荼，教学改革的内容也逐渐深入，各科教师都将高效课堂作为了自己对教学工作追求的目标。我国具有五千年的历史文化，而语文则是人类文化中一个非常耀眼的部分，它不仅具有人文性，还具有工具性。只有学好了语文，提高了理解能力，学生在学习其他课程时才能更加轻松，也会使学生获得更加全面的发展，为他们的终身发展奠定良好的基础。因此，我们要不断地对自己的教学理念进行革新，完善自己的教学方式，为高效课堂的构建奠定基础，以满足学生的发展需求，为社会培养合格的人才。目前，语文教学的状况不算太好，教师经常为教学效率的低下而感到苦恼。为了实现高效课堂，我们应该在教学过程中采取怎样的 措施 呢?在多年的初中语文教学中，笔者 总结 了一些相关的 经验 ，现对此进行一些浅显的研究与论述。
一、教师的教学观念要不断更新，实施探究式教学
在语文教学过程中，教师要努力倡导自主、合作、探究的学习方式，尊重学生的主体地位，对学生的探究进行和合作精神进行培养。以往，我们的教学都是以教师为主，学生所能做的就是被动地接受教师的传输。这种教学模式有着很大的弊端。我们要通过教学观念的改革促进探究式教学模式更好、更快地实施，使学生具备探究的精神和能力。而学生的自主探究才能使我们的教学迎来高效。如进行七年级下册第三单元《闻一多先生的说和做》的学习时，为了使学生对本文能有一个整体的感知，我对学生提出了以下几个问题：(1) 文章 利用“说”和“做”两个方面对闻一多先生进行描写，作者是怎样将这两个方面结合起来的?(2)通过作者的描写，你能够看到一个什么样的闻一多先生?(3)文章中描写“说”部分有哪些?描写“做”的部分有哪些?(4)文章的开头是用闻一多先生的两句话引入课文的，这样写有什么好处?(5)在文中，作者引用了唐代诗人杜甫在晚年时的“一月不梳头”的 典故 ，为什么要这样引用呢?作者的用意为何呢?随后，我让学生结合这些问题在自主阅读的基础上对本文进行深入的研究和分析，可以与同组的同学进行讨论，也可以去请教教师，要努力在阅读中找到这些问题的答案。在寻找答案的过程中，学生会对文章内容有一个整体的把握和感知，他们的探究活动不仅能够有效激发学生的学习兴趣，而且能够让学生的主动性得到充分的发挥，他们在学习中的主体作用就能够由此得到更好的体现。在这种学习模式下，学生对文本的理解就会更加深入，感知力也会加强，课堂教学收到了良好的效果，能够在不知不觉中实现高效课堂的构建。
二、为学生创设适当的教学情境，激发学生的兴趣，引起学生对教学内容的关注
要想使教学效率得到有效提升，为学生构建高效课堂，我们首先要做的就是激发学生的学习兴趣。只有使学生对知识的学习有了期待，有了浓厚的兴趣，他们才会全身心地投入其中。这样，我们的课堂教学也能实现高效，收到理想的效果。因此，在课堂教学过程中，教师要逐渐改变自己的 教学方法 和教学手段，利用丰富多彩的教学措施来吸引学生的注意力，让学生能够对学习内容充满兴趣，积极地完成知识的获取，主动去对知识进行更加深入的探究，以饱满的热切和昂扬的斗志参与到教学活动中去。如进行《爸爸的花儿落了》的学习时，为了让学生更好地感受文章的意境，我没有采取以往那种平铺直叙的讲述方法，而是为他们创设了一定的情境，利用情境的力量来激发学生对于教学内容的兴趣，使学生的心神全都融入当时的情境之中。具体做法如下：我在进行课堂导入时利用多媒体为学生播放了一首经典名曲———《送别》。悠扬婉转的歌声轻轻响起，时时回荡在学生的耳畔“：长亭外，古道边，芳草碧连天。晚风拂柳笛声残，夕阳山外山……”在歌声中，学生感受到了知己相交的珍贵，一种淡淡的忧伤涌上心头。学生的情绪会随着这首歌而产生起伏，不用教师再做过多的铺垫和引导，也不用对教学进行多么精心的设计，学生就会在不知不觉中进入文章的意境之中，并主动进行阅读和探索。利用音乐的力量，我为学生创设了与课文中的情感和体会大致相似的情境。这样做不仅能够使学生在教师所渲染的情境下顺利地进入文中所描绘的场景，体会文章所要表达的思想情感，促发学生的学习动机，使他们对新知识的学习充满了兴趣，还能帮助学生对本文的主题产生更加深刻的感悟。所谓“以景促情”，即指适当的情境能够有效激发学生的思想情感，为课堂教学的高效提供更加坚实的保证。
三、在教学过程中进行情感教育的渗透，激发学生的情感，使学生具备语文素养，形成良好的品德
学生道德方面的建设并不只是依靠德育教师来完成的。在语文教学过程中，教师要对学生进行思想道德方面的引导和培养，使学生热爱祖国、热爱社会主义，形成良好的道德品质，明确自己肩上所承担的责任，树立正确的人生观、价值观和世界观。在以往的教学中，教师将书面知识的传授作为了教学的重点，忽视了学生情感方面的教育与道德的培养，这种做法为学生的终身发展带来了很大的弊端，道德素质跟不上，成绩再好也是枉然。作为新时代的教师，我们的教学改革也包括在语文教学中进行情感教育的渗透，利用 语文学习 完成思想道德的培养，并帮助学从中获得语文素养。比如，在学习七年级下册第六单元《斑羚飞渡》这篇课文时，我首先通过运用朗读法，让学生对课文进行反复的阅读，以深切感受老斑羚从容镇定、牺牲自我的精神，然后再利用情景设置法，利用多媒体软件为学生播放斑羚跳过悬崖时的幻灯片，使学生自然融入课文的意境中去，与文章作者产生思想上的共鸣。利用这两种教学方法可使学生深刻体会到文章真切细腻的描写所蕴含的强烈情感，从而促使学生学习老斑羚那种从容镇定、舍己为人的高尚品格，进而学会关爱动物，能够善待其他的生命，珍惜每个生命的存在，并珍爱自己的人生，达到了情感态度与价值观教育的目的，为初中语文高效课堂的构建提供有效的条件。
综上所述，初中语文高效课堂的构建工作并不是朝夕之间可以完成的，我们需要对此付出长期的努力和探索。我愿意和广大语文教师一起，共同研究和总结符合初中阶段学生学习特点的教学策略和措施，使初中语文课堂在我们的带领和学生的配合下，获得高质量、高效率、高收益的课堂教学效果。

教师在备课时应以新课程标准为纲，弄清本单元的学习目标和 作文指导 方向，弄清所教的内容在单元、整册体系中的位置和作用，弄清课本中的作文点，利用课本，充分挖掘利用课本资源，找准、找好教与写的结合点。以七年级上册为例，全书六单元，单元编排依次为“亲情“”青少年学习生活“”写景诗文“”人生、生命“”科学探索”“想象作品”。解读七年级上册单元作文 写作指导 课，内容按单元顺序有“：从生活中学习写作“”说真话抒真情“”文从字顺”“突出中心“”条理清楚“”发挥联想和想象”，归结起来就是 记叙文 的选材、构思和语言表达。《语文课程标准》指出：“写作要感情真挚，力求表达自己的独特感受和真切体验。”拟七年级上册的写作指导策略为：训练学生写好记叙文，写“生活真情作文”，把好选材与语言文字关。每堂课教学目标的设计都要让学生通过学习课文，至少能把握文章如何选材的问题，挖掘其独具匠心的语言，进行作文教学渗透是备课的方向。莫怀戚的《散步》是描写幸福和谐的家庭，尊老爱幼的美德，中年人的责任感和生命的礼赞。作者围绕“散步”这平凡的小事来写，通过一家在田野散步的分歧，田野的风光来展现。我在备课时，抓住文章选材的“生活”味、“以小见大”的写法进行解读。语言，需最欣赏它的浓墨重彩。“我们在田野散步：我，我的母亲，我的妻子和儿子”，不仅凝练点题，开门见山，而且意味深长，就能让人读出此散步的不同寻常，非常干净。我预设当堂作文“难忘的一件事”。纵观学生作文：有写父母的爱，如放学时雨中送伞，早饭准备，生日、生病时的父母的陪伴;有写友情的;有写学习生活，如老师的教诲，难忘一堂课，考试，读一本好书， 毕业 的那一天;有写童年生活的，如摸鱼、抓虾、玩游戏、放风筝;有写成长的，如学会做饭、 炒菜 ，学会骑自行车、 游泳 、下棋。还有些学生很会捕捉，就以自己刚刚结束的入学 军训 为素材，写出了军训的苦与乐。读着学生的作文，生活气息扑面而来。最后，我布置课后作业：修改“难忘的一件事”作文，要求：运用《散步》“以小见大”、围绕中心选材的写法;修改开头和结尾，语言简洁，扣题点题。
二、在阅读中积累
活用课本资源进行写作策略的研究，一个有效的途径是阅读、积累课本资源。课文是一篇篇很好的阅读、训练的范本。每篇文章都有其出彩的地方，教师可以让学生有选择地进行积累。我是这样指导的：让学生对课后“读一读、写一写”的词语进行理解，或 造句 ，或仿写。研读，是对文章中 好词好句 的品味推敲、语段的赏析。学生通过阅读交流，可以感受到语言的妙处，这是每篇课文必做的积累。如《春》这篇文章的语言很美。我们可以对“小草偷偷地从土里钻出来，嫩嫩的，绿绿的”这句话中的“钻”字进行推敲，用换字法，让学生探讨改为“长“”探”好不好。学生思考讨论“：长”只写出动作，没有神韵，显得死气;改成“探”字，加了“调皮劲”，有生机;但“钻”字最能体现小草对春天的渴盼，有破土而出的挤劲，最能突出小草顽强的生命力。对于每一幅春天的图画，在比较中揣摩，在体味中涵咏，培养了学生欣赏景物的角度，学习了描写景物的方法。又如，《福楼拜家的星期天》这篇文章，我利用课本中的插图，引导学生根据课文的人物描写，找出图中人物，并指导学生在人物对号入座的同时，抓住人物描写的 句子 ，品读人物，尝试语言表达形式，把握动作描写、神态描写、语言描写、心理描写、外貌描写等几种人物描写方法，积累有关人物描写的方法。这样，学生在读中感悟、理解语言，内化、运用语言，可领悟到这几种细节描写方法的作用，并在写作中去运用它们，就能让作文生动、具体起来。
三、在训练中强化
叶圣陶先生曾说过“：写作的训练在乎多作，应用从阅读得到的写作知识，认真地作。写作和阅读比较起来，尤其偏于技术方面。凡是技术，没有不需要反复训练的。”因此，教师在把握课本资源中的写作点时，应当堂进行训练强化，才能取得立竿见影的效果。如端木蕻良的《土地的誓言》是一篇写作语言指导的好素材。作者在文中选取了“碧绿的白桦林、奔流似的马群、蒙古狗、红布似的高粱、金黄的豆粒、黑色的土地、斑斓的山雕、奔驰的鹿群”等东北特有的物产，大量运用了富于鲜明感情色彩的词语，并运用排比、比喻修辞等表达加强情感的冲击力。作者还在文中用第三人称“她”，而不用“它”。随着情感的越趋激荡，作者又将她改成第二人称“你”，“呼告”直接倾诉对故土的感情，非常直接，强烈。在学完之后，我当堂布置课堂练笔，写“我的家乡”，要求用文中的写法写一段话。学生写得特别好。又如，《风雨》中的侧面描写的写法非常突出，文中不见“风雨”却时时感受到“风雨”的存在。于是，我当堂布置让学生完成一篇练笔“：夏天的烈日”片段作文，用侧面描写的写法写。有的学生写出了“整个像烧透了的砖窑，使人喘不过气来。汗大得似雨帘遮住了眼睛”的妙语。作文的修改训练不容忽视，我始终都坚持。“养成修改自己作文的习惯，修改时能借助语感和语法修辞常识，做到文从字顺。能与他人交流写作心得，互相评改作文，以分享感受，沟通见解”是新课程标准的要求。这为教师的指导指明了方向。因此“，扣住题目选材“”叙述的具体生动“”开头入题、结尾扣题说点道理”一直是我训练的重点。学生在修改文章时也注意内容选择是否恰当，表达是否完善。只有这样，学生才能在写写改改、改改写写的过程中，不断提高，不断进步，从而真正提高写作能力。
综上所述，活用课本资源进行写作研究，只要找准两者的契合点，作文教学的天地会更宽延。

It’s so nice and some of us can even sing，but do you know who sang this song?有些知道的学生就说Strauss. 接着教师问：Where did he come from?知道的同学争先恐后的回答，然后再播放几首曲子，问他们是属于那种类型的音乐，西方的还是传统的，各种类型音乐的特点是什么?自然而然的将学生进入了新的课程的学习。 3、进行直观情景 以图画、 简笔画 图画、简笔画与动作，进行直观情景教学，使学生眼看实物，耳听声音，这样不仅使教学具体生动，而且能激发学生的学习兴趣。如教七年级上Unit2 Topic2 Section C，上课之前，让每个同学准备好三样物品：最喜欢的体育明星的照片、国旗(图片)以及他们国家著名建筑或自然风光的图片。上完课后，让学生用这些物品两个一组进行问答，介绍中要包括句型：What’s his/her name? His/Her name is---. Where is he/she from? Ss： It’s a car.或是让学生到黑板前画简笔画，并且边画边让他问。这样，不仅学生学习了日常用语，而且学到了一些简笔画的知识，培养了他们动口和动手的能力。 初中英语教师论文篇3 浅谈初中 英语阅读 课七步教学 初中英语新教材、新大纲中规定，初中英语教学要突出培养学生的运用能力，2013年中考明显增加了阅读理解的题量，初一、初二教材增加了阅读课课量。由此可见，如何提高学生的阅读能力，在课堂上如何渗透培养学生阅读能力，综合听、说、读、写训练，提高课堂教学效率，是广大英语教师努力追求的方向。 近几年来许多英语教学书籍，把培养学生阅读能力作为英语阅读课课堂教学的重要目标，在课堂教学中突出对学生学法指导，体现学生的主体地位，发挥教师的指导作用。我在多年的教学实践中，归纳出英语阅读课七步教学法，即：预学、导学、听读、设疑、复述、解难、查测。 一、预学 在教学课文前，要求学生做好 课前预习 ，借助词典、单词表或有关资料，能对 文章 内容有大概的了解，初步完成Workbook中所给出的问题，能整体把握作者的思路和文章结构，不懂的字词句让学生在预习时划出来，留到课堂上或课后解决。把这一课前预习，作为提高阅读课教学效率的第一步，不无原因，新大纲中明确要求学生要有一定的预习能力，且学生预习效果的好坏直接影响课堂教学的效率。坚持要求学生课前预习不但可以提高他们的预习能力，而且可以提高他们的听课效率。并且每篇新学课文就是一篇典型的阅读训练题，坚持预习可增强学生的阅读能力。 二、导学 在教学整篇文章前，教师把整篇文章浓缩成一段精彩的片段，把重点的词组、 句子 ，溶入其中，通过现有的教学工具，如挂图、幻灯等媒体，展现出文章的基本 故事 形象。通过教师的介绍和师生之间的双边活动，把整个故事梗概及重点的语言点呈现出来，并作适当的板书，把握课文重点，为下面进一步理解课文奠定了基础。导学是一堂课的开始，“良好的开始是成功的一半”，导学部分，教师不能忽视，教师应精心设计，引人入胜，要把学生带入特定的意境，激发学生的好奇心，激起学生的求知欲望，提高学生的听课质量。 三、听读 学生在初步感知整篇文章内容后，让学生进行听的练习，在听之前可以提一、二个问题，问题要有代表性，要让学生听完整篇文章后才能得出答案，这样既培养了学生的听力，又培养了学生的整体理解力。如果文章比较长，可以选择部分重点段落，给学生听。听完后，核对答案，朗读课文。朗读课文可视学生理解情况作不同的要求，可以是模仿性跟读，也可以是学生集体朗读或分组阅读，或个体练读。在读的过程中要做到口、眼、耳、脑同时并用，提高记忆能力。另外，还应注意语气、神态，要通过朗读做到心领神会。 四、设疑 学生听读后，已经对文章有了进一步的理解，这时要求学生默读文章，解决教师精心设计或练习册中设计的T/F判断题或问答题。在设计问题时应注意这几点：①先易后难;②先理解后拓展;③先浅后深，兼顾两头。通过设疑检查学生对文章的理解程度，了解学生是否把握文章的中心、重点。 五、复述 复述课文是阅读课课堂教学的升华，是培养学生组织语言连贯表达的重要训练手段之一，通过复述对所学文章有更深层次的理解，变文章中的语言为自己的语言。会说才会写，坚持复述，既培养了学生的理解能力，又培养了学生的口头表达能力。复述的方法多种多样，如视图复述法、列表复述法、问题连结复述法、课文概要复述法、缩扩复述法、变更复述法等，在课堂教学中应注意不断交换复述方式;多种形式混合交替使用，不让学生感到单调乏味，增强课堂教学兴趣。 六、解难 所谓解难，就是指英语课堂教学中排忧解难的过程，是强化重点，突破难点的必经之路。解难的形式大体有两种，一种是由教师提出文章中较难理解的语言点，由学生思考、讨论，然后解答;另一种是学生将预习时或经过课堂教学后还有疑惑的问题提出来，由学生提出，师生共同讨论解答。这一过程可以培养学生的思维能力，培养他们在学习中发现问题、解决问题的本领，便于教师及时发现学生在学习过程中存在的问题。在这一过程中，要充分发挥教师的指导作用，精讲精练，点拨到位，启发学生思维，节省课堂时间，扩大课堂容量，提高课堂效率。 七、查测 这一步骤主要是检查学生课堂学习的效果，了解学生掌握情况，及时反馈教学信息。查测内容一般是课文教学中的重要语言点，也可以是拓展性问题。查测形式可以是口答、也可以是笔试。用不同的方式检查学生还有哪些知识没有掌握，哪些知识没有完善需要补充或提高，进而尽量达到优化课堂教学的目的。 使用阅读课文七步教学法进行阅读学习有以下几个优点： 1.遵循“整体--部分--整体”的教学原则，可以使学生整体理解文章，保证内容的完整性、连续性。 2.能把听、说、读、写综合地运用到课堂教学中，调动学生各个器官协调活动，使之更好地学习语言。 3.把一个课时分为几个阶段教，让学生由易到难，由浅入深地阅读、理解文章，使之用脑更科学，记忆最有效。 4.各个环节，井井有条，环环相扣，相辅相成，使学生感到从语言输入到语言输出，既自然又顺理成章，从而克服畏惧心理，调动学生学习积极性，提高课堂教学效率。 5.充分体现英语实践课的特点，更好地显示学生的主体地位、教师的指导作用，改变以教代学的满堂灌局面，重视学生学习的全过程。 6.重视了学生的学法指导，培养了学生的运用能力，激发了学生学习兴趣，提高了学生的阅读能力，使之在阅读中获得无穷乐趣。 总之，英语阅读课教学方法、教学模式多种多样，教无定法，只要能在教学中充分体现学生的主体地位，发挥教师的指导作用，重视学生的学法指导，打破固定的思维模式，培养学生的阅读能力，这样的教学方法与教学模式都是值得提倡的，教师应在教学中不断地摸索，完善自己的教法，把创新观念运用于教学中，提高课堂教学效率。 猜你喜欢： 1. 初中英语教师论文 2. 初中英语教师教育论文 3. 初中英语教师工作总结及反思 4. 优秀英语教师自我总结 5. 英语教师个人发展总结

A most curious and useful thing to realize is that one never knows the impression one is creating on otherpeople. One may often guess pretty accurately whether it is good, bad, or indifferent — some people render it unnecessary for one to guess, they practically inform one — but that is not what I mean. I mean muchmore than that. I mean that one has one's self no mental picture corresponding to the mental picture whichone's personality leaves in the minds of one's friends. Has it ever struck you that there is a mysterious individual going around, walking the streets, calling at houses for tea, chatting, laughing, grumbling, arguing, and that all your friends know him and have long since added him up and come to a definite conclusion about him — without saying more than a chance, cautious word to you; and that that person is you? Supposing that you came into a drawing room where you were having tea, do you think you would recognize yourself as an individuality? I think not. You would be apt to say to yourself as guests do when disturbed in drawing rooms by other guests: “Who's this chap? See ms rather queer. I hope he won't be a bore.” And yourfirst telling would be slightly hostile. Why, even when you meet yourself in an unsuspected mirror in the very clothes that you have put on that very day and that you know by heart, you are almost always shocked by the realization that you are you. And now and then, when you have gone to the glass to arrange your hair in the full sobriety of early morning, have you not looked on an absolute stranger, and has not that stranger piqued your curiosity? And if it is thus with precise external details of form, colour, and movement, what may it not be with the vague complex effect of the mental and moral individuality?
A man honestly tries to make a good impression. What is the result? The result merely is that his friends,in the privacy of their minds, set him down as a man who tries to make a good impression. If much depends on the result of a sing le interview, or a couple of interviews, a man may conceivably force another to accept an impression of himself which he would like to convey. But if the receiver of the impression is to have time at his disposal, then the giver of the impression may just as well sit down and put his hands in his pockets, for nothing that he can do will modify or influence in any way the impression that he will ultimately give. The real impress is, in the end, given unconsciously, not consciously; and further, it is received unconsciously, not consciously. It depends partly on both persons.
