一、封面
使用学校统一格式，题目居中，学号等内容靠左侧对齐，后面的下画线要整齐。。题目要对论文(设计)的内容有高度的概括性，简明、易读，字数应在20以内。
二、中文论文题目
论文题目 黑体三号，居中。下面空一行。
三、中文摘要
“摘要：“顶头，黑体四号，后面内容采用宋体小四号，摘要应简要说明毕业论文(设计)所研究的内容、目的、实验方法、主要成果和特色，一般为150-300字。下面空一行
四、中文关键词

正文：正文是论文的主体，正文应包括论点、论据、论证过程和结论。主体部分包括以下内容：a.提出问题-论点；b.分析问题-论据和论证；c.解决问题-论证方法与步骤；d.结论。
5、参考文献：
一篇论文的参考文献是将论文在研究和写作中可参考或引证的主要文献资料，列于论文的末尾。参考文献应另起一页，标注方式按《GB7714-87文后参考文献著录规则》进行。标题--作者--出版物信息（版地、版者、版期）
所列参考文献的要求是：
（1）所列参考文献应是正式出版物，以便读者考证。

01 论文内容一般应由十个主要部分组成，依次为封面、中文摘要、英文摘要、关键字、目录、前言、论文正文、参考文献、附录、致谢。 1、封面 采用学校统一的封面格式，封面上填写论文题目、作者姓名、学号、所在院（系）、专业名称、指导教师姓名及完成日期。论文题目不宜过长，一般不超过25个字。论文封面中题目为小一号黑体字，可以分成1或2行居中打印；作者姓名、学号、所在院（系）、专业名称、指导教师姓名及完成日期等为仿宋—GB2312三号。 2、中文摘要 摘要是论文不加注释和评论的简短陈述，具有独立性和自含性，摘要中有数据、有结论，是一篇完整的短文，可以独立使用和引用，论文摘要在写法上一般不分段落，常采用无人称句。摘要中一般不用图表、化学反应式、数学表达式等，不能出现非通用性的外文缩略语或代号，不得引用参考文献。写作论文摘要时应注意能反映出以下几方面的内容：论文所研究的问题及其目的和意义；论文的基本思路和逻辑结构；问题研究的主要方法、内容、结果和结论。论文摘要一般200～400字。设计说明书的摘要一般为1000～2000字，摘要应该包含论文中的基本信息，应说明本项研究工作的目的和意义、研究方法（实验方法）、结果和结论，重点是结果和结论。注意突出具有创新性的成果和新见解。 3、英文摘要 英文摘要内容应与中文摘要基本对应，要符合英语语法，语句通顺，文字流畅。英文题目、摘要及关键词，论文中的英文一律采用“Times New Roman”字体。 4、关键词 关键词是为了文献标引而从论文中选取出来的用以表示全文主题内容信息款目的单词或术语。每篇论文一般选取3～8个关键词。 5、目录 目录是论文的大纲，反映论文的梗概。目录页每行由标题名称和页码组成，包括中英文摘要；前言；主要内容的章、条、款序号和标题；小结；参考文献；注释；附录；可供参考的文献题录、索引等。目录应将文内的章节标题编排清楚，目录中的章、条一般编排到二级，也可编排到三级（章、条、款），标题应该简明扼要。标题层次一般不应超过四级。“目录”两字用小二号粗黑体，下空两行为章、条、款及其开始页码，以小四宋体、倍行距打印。 6、前言 前言是论文的第一章，是论文评阅人、答辩委员和读者了解论文研究背景和概况的主要篇章。主要目的是向论文评阅人、答辩委员和读者阐述论文中所要研究的问题以及与其有关的背景或对一些事项的说明。前言通常应包括以下四个方面：论文所研究的目标、国内外研究现状以及研究目的和意义；论文使用的理论工具、研究方法及技术路线；论文的基本思路和逻辑结构；论文参考的文献资料、使用的符号、计算公式等需要说明的问题。前言在写法上不分章节，提倡无人称句。 7、论文正文 论文正文是主体，一般由标题、文字叙述、图、表格和公式等五个部分构成。写作形式可因课题性质不同而变化，一般可包括理论分析、数据资料、计算方法、实验和测试方法，经过整理加工的实验结果分析和讨论，与理论计算结果的比较，个人的论点以及本研究方法与已有研究方法的比较。要求实事求是、理论正确、逻辑清楚、层次分明、文字流畅、数据真实、公式推导计算无误。文中若有与导师或他人共同研究的成果，必须明确指出；如果引用他人的结论，必须明确注明出处，并与参考文献一致。 8、参考文献 只列作者直接阅读过、在正文中被引用过的文献资料。参考文献一律放在论文结论后，不得放在各章之后。每条文献的项目必须完整，诸项缺一不可。各类文献的书写格式均应符合国家标准《GB771487文后参考文献著录规则》。论文中引用参考文献时，应在引出处的右上方用方括号标注阿拉伯数字编排的序号，按文中引用出现的顺序列在正文的末尾。特别在引用别人的科研成果时，应在引用处加以说明。文科论文可选用页脚注。“参考文献”以小四号黑体字左起打印，另起行以五号宋体字列参考文献。参考文献的排列顺序与在正文中的引用顺序一致，著录格式及示例。 9、附录 一般作为论文主体的补充项目。主要列入正文内过分冗长的公式推导；供查读方便所需的辅助性数学工具或重复性数据表格；由于过分冗长而不宜放置在正文中的计算机程序清单；论文使用的缩写说明；调查、实验材料等。论文的附录依次为附录1，附录2……编号。附录中的图表公式另编排序号，与正文分开。 10、致谢：对于提供各类资助、指导和协助完成研究工作以及提供对论文写作各种工作有利条件的单位及个人表示感谢。致谢应实事求是，真诚客观。 论文文稿一律采用白色A4纸标准大小打印，文稿四周应留有空白边缘，以便装订、复制和读者批注。页面设置为上方和左侧分别留边 cm，下方和右侧分别留，页眉、页脚：各为、 cm。
论文整体格式模板如下：
1、题目：题目应简洁、明确、有概括性，字数不宜超过20个字（不同院校可能要求不同）。本专科毕业论文一般无需单独的题目页，硕博士毕业论文一般需要单独的题目页，展示院校、指导教师、答辩时间等信息。英文部分一般需要使用Times New Roman字体。
2、版权声明：一般而言，硕士与博士研究生毕业论文内均需在正文前附版权声明，独立成页。个别本科毕业论文也有此项。
3、摘要：要有高度的概括力，语言精练、明确，中文摘要约100—200字（不同院校可能要求不同）。
4、关键词：从论文标题或正文中挑选3～5个（不同院校可能要求不同）最能表达主要内容的词作为关键词。关键词之间需要用分号或逗号分开。
5、目录：写出目录，标明页码。正文各一级二级标题（根据实际情况，也可以标注更低级标题）、参考文献、附录、致谢等。
6、正文：专科毕业论文正文字数一般应在5000字以上，本科文学学士毕业论文通常要求8000字以上，硕士论文可能要求在3万字以上（不同院校可能要求不同）。
毕业论文正文：包括前言、本论、结论三个部分。
①前言（引言）是论文的开头部分，主要说明论文写作的目的、现实意义、对所研究问题的认识，并提出论文的中心论点等。前言要写得简明扼要，篇幅不要太长。
②本论是毕业论文的主体，包括研究内容与方法、实验材料、实验结果与分析（讨论）等。在本部分要运用各方面的研究方法和实验结果，分析问题，论证观点，尽量反映出自己的科研能力和学术水平。
③结论是毕业论文的收尾部分，是围绕本论所作的结束语。其基本的要点就是总结全文，加深题意。
7、致谢：简述自己通过做毕业论文的体会，并应对指导教师和协助完成论文的有关人员表示谢意。
8、参考文献：在毕业论文末尾要列出在论文中参考过的所有专著、论文及其他资料，所列参考文献可以按文中参考或引证的先后顺序排列，也可以按照音序排列（正文中则采用相应的哈佛式参考文献标注而不出现序号）。
9、注释：在论文写作过程中，有些问题需要在正文之外加以阐述和说明。
10、附录：对于一些不宜放在正文中，但有参考价值的内容，可编入附录中。有时也常将个人简介附于文后。
发表论文有一定标准格式，很多作者第一次发表论文，甚至发表过多篇论文依然对论文的格式不清楚。在此，我们通过此文对论文发表格式做个详细介绍。以下是发表论文格式模板，欢迎阅读。
发表的论文基本包含以下几部分：标题、作者名字、单位、摘要、关键词、正文、参考文献等。部分期刊杂志要求包含英文摘要和英文关键词。
一、标题
标题应该符合全文内容，是文章内容的高度概括。标题通常不得超过20个汉字，如果20个汉字仍无法说明白的，可以增加副标题。
二、作者名字
学术期刊发表论文必须有作者名字。作者名字按先后顺序被称作第一作者、第二作者、第三作者、……。一般情况下，作者的数量是不限制的，也就是说文章是由几个人合作完成的就应该是几个人。但一般不会超过5人。部分杂志要求最多3人或者2人。
目前很多地区对职称论文中的作者要求必须是第1作者才认可。所以挂名发表的作者常不会被认可。
作者有时候还存在通讯作者一说，通常通讯作者是在标注或者文尾注明。在部分地区，通讯作者享有跟第一作者相同的认可度。
如果作者名字较多，且各作者单位不同，这时候就需要对作者名字做标注。比如：张三①李四②。然后在单位名称前对应标注。
三、作者单位
作者单位是在职称评审中确定一个作者的身份的信息，尤其在学术论文中不可缺少。通常的格式是：单位，省市，邮编。例如：山东省枣庄市台儿庄区北园小学山东枣庄 277400。
作者单位应该为单位的全称，而不应该是简称。如“山东省德州市陵县第一中学”不能简写成“陵县一中”。很多地区对于单位简写的论文是不予认可的。很多作者常常应为这个原因造成职称机会错失。
四、摘要
摘要又被称为内容摘要，是对文章的一个概括性的结论。摘要通常在200字左右。摘要是对论文全文的引导，是论文格式中不可缺少的一环。摘要要求概括全文，不可以片面只讲文章的一部分。
五、英文摘要
部分杂志要求文章需要存在英文摘要。英文摘要是对中文摘要的一个翻译，要求翻译准确。
六、关键词
关键词是文章索引的一个重要部分。关键词要求必须设置准确，恰当。让别人可以较容易地根据关键词了解文章的主要谈论问题。这也是文章划类的一个基本方式。
七、英文关键词
部分杂志要求文章需要存在英文关键词。英文关键词要求翻译正确。
八、正文
学术论文的.正文为论文的主体。正文的层次应该清晰，论述应该有理有据，论文的主题更是应该明确。论文写作切忌统概统论。大帽子下写小问题。发表论文的正文长度通常在2000字到8000字之间。过多应该精简，过少应该补充。
九、参考文献
参考文献具有一定的格式。文中如有参考文献，应依照引用的先后顺序用阿拉伯数字加方括号在右上角标出，并在文中按照引用的先后顺序标注出引用参考文献的作者名、引用文题名、出版单位以及出版日期。

2 层次标题
【说明：层次标题是指除文章题名外的不同级别的分标题。各级层次标题都要简短明确，同一层次的标题应尽可能“排比”。即词(或词组)类型相同(或相近)，意义相关，语气一致。】

1) 插图要精选，应具有自明性，切忌与表及文字表述重复。一般不超过6幅。

3) 插图中的术语、符号、单位等应与表格及文字表述所用的一致。

5 结论(结语)
【说明：
1) 结论或结语应准确、简明、完整、有条理，可以提出建议、设想、改进意见或有待解决的问题
2) 结论是在文章结尾时对文章的论点、结果进行的归纳与总结。当从研究结果确实得出了有重要价值的创新性结论，或者对相同论题的研究得出与别人不同或相反的结论时，应采用“结论”作层次标题。
3) 当未得出明确的研究结论，或结论已在“结果与讨论”中表述，而同时需要对全文内容有一个概括性总结或进一步说明时，尤其是要对文章已解决和有待研究的问题表达作者的某些主观见解或看法时，用“结语”。
4) 文章结尾时如果不能导出条理性结论，则可写成结语进行必要的讨论，文中已有分步结论的可不再在文章结尾处写出结论。
