众所周知，国际电工委员会对PLC做了如下定义：（可编程序控制器是一种数字运算操作的电子系统，专为在工业环境下应用而设计。它采用可编程序的存储器，用来在其内部存储执行逻辑运算、顺序控制、定时、计数和算术运算等操作的指令，并通过数字式、模拟式的输入和输出控制各种类型的机械或生产过程。）让我们再来看看淬火炉的发展趋势，2012版的《中国淬火炉行业发展研究报告》称：（2007-2011年，国内淬火炉产业正在实现稳步增长，产业规模不断提升，未来几年之内，会对淬火炉的自动化、可操作性提出更高的要求。）

那么，将PLC应用于淬火炉中有那些优势呢？

第一，系统构成灵活、扩展容易。通过数字量逻辑控制来对淬火炉的推杆进退、炉门升降、电动机正反转进行自动化控制，借此可以实现全程自动化，有助于提高生产率。模块型PLC提供多种I/O卡件或插卡，因此用户可较合理地选择和配置控制系统的I/O点数，功能扩展方便灵活，一般用于大中型控制系统，例如，淬火炉。

第二，编程简单，操作方便。采用简明的梯形图、逻辑图或语句表等编程语言，形象直观。另外，可在线修改程序，改变控制方案而不拆动硬件，这对于淬火炉这样的大型设备尤其适用。

第三，可编程逻辑控制器接点的响应快、速度高，每条二进制指令执行时间约100ns（纳秒，1微秒=1000纳秒），每条浮点数运行指令约3微秒，因此特别淬火炉

最后，各科经济学专业课的学习，让我一次次加深了对于经济的认识与喜爱，发自内心地觉得经济是一国发展之根本，对于国民生活的改善有着至关重要的作用，因而明确了自己进行深造，继续从事经济学研究的目标。我深刻地感受到任何一个国家都不能在当今全球化的背景下独善其身，改革开放是必然趋势，而中国在如今的巨大成就上依旧任重而道远。作为一名光荣的预备党员，一名未来的接班人，我时刻感觉到自己身上的重任，不敢懈怠，努力学习专业知识，为祖国的发展进步做好准备！
