没有这个规定的，不太可能只是说你发表过论文，面试的时候有优势
当然有作用，不过也看你发表在哪里。。要是sci上发表一个3,4,5分的文章可是很拿的出手的。。
一般来说是可以为复试增加筹码的。我们如果有发表专业相关学术论文，在面试的简历中一定要写到。即使面试的考官没有问你是否有发表相关学术论文，他们看到你的简历后也会在印象中对你的学术研究能力有一个判断，即认为你至少具备研究生所必须的学术思维能力，这也是面试要考察的一个重要方面。

本科期间对论文发表不做硬性要求，但是，做为本科生应该掌握论文的写作要求，具有一定的论文科研能力。
考研复试会问的问题：
1、有关毕业论文的问题，当下应届毕业生的毕业论文都处于开题阶段，很多人都还没有进入实际阶段，但是一定要认真对开题报告进行熟悉，一般情况下老师也不会问过深的问题。
2、你为什么报考我们学校？这也是老师们经常会问到的问题，回答上大家可以从自己的专业角度、学历提升角度等回答。
3、自我介绍。这个是面试环节的一个重要部分，通过自我介绍可以让老师对你有一个初步的了解，大家需要认真准备把自己的优势充分展示给老师。
4、英文问答。这个就要具体问题具体分析，问题有可能是生活类的也有可能是专业类的，同学们最好提前咨询一下师兄师姐，当然有些学校没有这个环节的话，那么就不用准备了。
5、关于二战的问题。这个问题有些老师会比较关心，大家根据自己的实际情况准备就可以了。
6、专业相关问题。这也是考研面试中的重头戏，也是老师们必问的问题之一，大家可以根据所考专业认真进行准备，这类问题的回答好坏是可以直接拉开面试分数的。
7、科研经历。有些老师是十分看中学生的科研经历，这方面大家可以对自身进行深度挖掘，如果本科期间参加过科研项目、发表过论文的话，这绝对是加分项，如果没有的话大家可以结合社会调研、社会实践等方面进行回答，这方面需要大家需要提前准备。
8、本科期间学习过的科目。回答这类问题的时候，一定回答自己学的比较的科目，如果老师进一步追问的话，大家也可以应对自如。
（1）请你简单做个自我介绍。问题分析：该问题几乎是必问题目。每个参加复试的学员都务必准备好该问题的答案！回答的重点，涉及本科学校、专业，本科学习情况和毕业论文方向等。（2）你看过那些书，是不是考研就背了几本专业课书，就考了个高分？问题分析：有些问题老师问的时候，可能是随意问的，但你不能随意回答。老师问你这个问题时，可能对你带有一点偏见的，你就认真的，很老实的回答，用事实说话，让他感觉到，你的确不是那种考试型的人，你的考研不是背教科书考上的。（3）你为什么考我们这个学校/专业？答案要点：兴趣+该校该专业名气和实力+该专业老师的实力。（4）你认为自己本科专业和现在所考的专业有什么互补性或者借鉴性？问题分析：这是一个即将准备复试的学生问我的问题，也具有针对性，大部分的学生都是跨专业考的（实际上老师也很喜欢跨专业的，因为有多学科的背景），希望你能够针对自己的专业说一些与新闻传播专业相关的东西。（5）你认为跨专业的优势和劣势是什么？问题分析：复试前需思考，根据自己所学专业和所考专业之间展开论述。
