给期刊发邮件可以称呼期刊名或者杂志社名。
在首次投稿或者不熟悉的情况下，可以在邮件中用期刊名或杂志社名作为称呼，正文中略写为“贵刊”或“贵社”。一般期刊会有不同的人查看邮件，要是特意称呼某某编辑或某某老师却被别人审核，会给别人留下不好的印象。

填表时：Position指，职位,如部门经理:managerAcademicDegree指，学位；如学士：bachelor硕士：Master(M.A.)据实填写即可。
硕士研究生在读期间应以在读大学研究生的身份（第一或第二作者，若为第二作者其导师必须是第一作者）A类表示为校定A类期刊；CSSCI、CSCD、SCD，表示B类期刊。北京大学的中文核心以上期刊的增刊，算C类期刊
Position填职务，就是教授或者副教授等；department填学院，institution填所在单位，是高校的就填学校名，reason填你为什么要推荐这个审稿人，比如他是这方面的专家等等。祝文章早日接收！

征文要求
1、本次征文活动以“记忆年味”为主题，内容可以叙述曾经的年味，或者这些年在城市里的年味，或者留在心灵深处的年味。
2、文章要求观点鲜明、主题突出、内容健康向上，具有一定的思想性、文学性和较强的可读性。
3、体裁以散文、记叙文、随笔、图片、诗歌为主，散文类字数一般不超过3000字，诗歌不超过30行。照片为单幅或组照，图片说明必须在150字以上。本次征文活动评奖图文并茂优先，所以，大家在投稿时尽量图文并茂。
4、参赛作品须为原创作品，发表、出版均可。如发现有剽窃、抄袭等情况，一律取消评奖资格。
