需要的材料：工具书：英汉词典（推荐朗文）试卷：只需要历年真题就行（带听力Mp3）语法书：推荐《大学英语语法讲座与练习》或者张满胜的《英语语法新思维》报纸或者杂志：推荐China daily（一周买1~2份就可以）（不需要买专门的单词书背，无意义）步骤：1.在早上固定时间进行听力练习（历年真题的听力部分就行，不需要其他的），严格按照四级考试的时间。（每天都听，一天一次）----睡觉前不看题目再听一遍，要求：能复述每句话并把意思准确翻译出来。2.通读一遍语法书（大致看下），把所有的语法项目列个提纲3.将历年真题所有生疏的（包括即使看着认识但翻译不上来的）单词，所有的连接词，所有写作能用到的词或短语、句子，总结下4.最重要的一步：将历年真题所有的句子拿出来分析，分析句子结构，语法现象，如果分析不上来的参照上面总结的语法提纲查找语法书，还是不会请教同学或老师。（这一步是做阅读的关键，现在好多人读不懂文章不是因为单词量不够而是即使把认识的单词拼在一起也翻译不上来，这就是因为不会分析句子）5.每周末买一份China daily，（如果时间充足可以多买一份），全部略读，了解大意就行，旨在扩充知识面。6.背诵历年真题作文范文（不需要买专门的作文书，把这些背会，作文不会拉分）☞希望我的回答对你有所帮助，如果还有疑问，可以在百度HI给我留言☜

小学生练习写英语的方式很多，比如看图练习写作，日记写作等等。不要求写的美轮美奂，只要求天天坚持，为日后写作打好基础。同时还需要背诵范文，增强语感。
