投稿三个月了，才一个审稿意见收到，还在外审状态，是说明有两个审稿人？这隔的时间有点久啊。难道不是同时找的审稿人，而是1月3号收到一个审稿意见后才开始找新的审稿人？

8月12号投稿，一直没有消息，under review。大哥们知道这是为啥吗，多半G了吗

TIE给的意见中有一句话（如下），不太明白，是不是说重投要在三个月后才可以啊，早了不能投？

大家有没有投稿遇到填写full title 和Secondary full title第二个是填什么呢

各位前辈，想求助一个问题。
我是一名研一新生，刚写好第一篇文章，想第一次投一下稿，打算投的是《Food & Nutrition Research (FNR)》，网站是，但在注册的时候遇到了麻烦，杂志要求“You must complete the validation check used to prevent spam submissions.”但也没有给出具体的步骤，于是就卡在这一步了。我又上网搜了一下，发现遇到我这种情况的前辈也有不少，而且原因可能是中国大陆无法注册，换了浏览器还是不行，就想在这里求助一下前辈们，帮忙注册一下，感激不尽

论文已发表，当时写论文的时候没有看见到人家的论文，因此论文发表没有引用，两篇论文主要结论不一样，但相同的部分是论文论证过程中有小结论或部分过程（不知道如何形容，姑且称为小结论，准确说是部分过程）一样，但是处理细节不一样（用了一样的工具，方法从某种程度上说也算是一样的。这种思想方法在我这个领域是常用方法，论文里引用的别的论文已经都提到用这种工具和方法，不存在我从人家的论文中受到启发，也确实没看到人家这篇论文），
还有，做最坏的打算，就算编辑部认定我的论文学术不端，学校调查的时候，我这篇论文其实在他人论文发表之前就写好了（只是没有投稿，一开始对结果不满意，后来耽搁了，也没有做出更好的结论），电子邮箱里有证据，这样子是不是最少可以证明我没有抄袭？

想投IEEE的较为一般的会议，例如ICCC那种，请问投稿的话，除了提交的文稿的PDF，还要另交图片、表格吗？

而且模板里面给的图片比较随意，有没有要求说IEEE这种会议论文，所插入的图片有没有什么色调的要求。
