急急急！SCI论文小修后预接受，关于脚注格式及图片版权问题求助

SCI文章预接受，编辑提出几个格式类修改意见，不清楚应该怎么修改，跪求大佬解答！问题如下：

----如果您当前的地址与研究机构不同，应将其作为脚注包含在内。

（前提：我的通讯作者有两名，其中一名通讯作者的挂职单位有3个，但我只写了他第一个单位的的通讯地址；所以，编辑的意思是让我把他所有的单位地址都放进脚注吗？而且之前我没有放脚注，是放在文末的AUTHOR INFORMATION —Corresponding Author里的，这个应该怎么修改呢）


----请澄清TOC图形中的图像是自由域（ free domain）还是需要许可（permission is required）。如果需要许可，请注意该图形必须是由合著者之一创作的完全原创的、未发表的作品，并考虑替换它。

（总的来看，编辑是希望我换掉图文摘要里的图片吗？这个图片是我们自己拍摄的，但是不知道如何确认许可资格）
