有两个问题：
1.是否有必要重投？
2.审稿意见有一些是要补充实验数据的，有些我无法做更准确的说是没时间做了，如果重投，这些实验不补，会凉凉么。。
3.如果有推荐的期刊，请给俺一点希望，可怜巴巴凄凄惨惨头都大了。。感恩

一小修一大修，俩拒稿。。。
拒稿的一位有二分之一的意见是关于标点图片格式的问题拒我，其他的内容补充我能改掉；
另一位好像是大牛，通篇批得一无是处，说文献太少，缺乏创新，实验结果也没有给充分证据支撑（唉，甚至有一个问题还连用了 ？？？ 来质问我😔）
文章肯定要大改，自己创新点没讲出来，可是感觉也没啥可讲的，器件结构感觉没有创新之处，因为是一开始做实验时就是大致参照以往文献，工艺也都传统工艺，感觉只有从自己的结果和应用意义上来强调研究意义了。。。
