Optical engineering审稿意见解读

本人年前投了一篇Optical engineering，现今审稿意见回来了，但是编辑给的邮件中有几点不是很理解，求近期投过Optical engineering的友或者其他遇到类似要求的友帮忙解读，部分编辑邮件附在下文：
2. Submit one revised manuscript article file in Word or LaTeX (double-spaced in a single column using a readable font size, e.g., 12-point type, with all pages numbered). This file should only include the article text and a separate figure caption list (double-spaced) placed at the end of the article. Your revised manuscript article file should be ordered as follows: title page, abstract, keywords/subject terms, text, acknowledgments, references, biographies, tables, list of figure captions. (Note: table captions may remain with the tables).

Please mark the revised manuscript to show where you have made changes in response to the reviewer comments. You may use any of the following methods of marking your changes: highlighting, colored fonts or underlined text. Do not use Microsoft Word's Track Changes or similar editing tools.

3. Submit individual figure files in TIFF, PostScript, EPS, PNG, or PDF format.

求助1：请问第二条是要求我的修改稿以单栏双倍行距格式，文章内容里面不包含图和表格，所有图和表格都统一放在文章的最后面吗？修改稿的内容顺序为：标题页，摘要，关键词，正文，致谢，参考文献，自我介绍，表格，图。请问这里面的title page是仅仅指标题，还是标题单独作为一页内容啊？

求助2：以前提交修改稿给别的期刊的时候都是提交一份clean vision的Word文件和一份tracked版的Word文件，Optical engineering这个是要求高亮显示，问题是有的地方我是准备直接删除掉，请问这部分在修改稿中应该怎样标记修改过啊？

求助3：以往修改稿文章的图表都是直接嵌入在Word文档中，这回要求单独提供图片文件，那么这些文件的命名方式应该怎么写？是直接copy文章中图片下面那句话，比如Fig. 1 xxxxxxxxxx. 吗？还有就是，我所有的图片都是在Visio中画的或者加工的，有没有简易的方法可以直接将图片都变成TIFF, PostScript, EPS, PNG, or PDF中的某一种格式啊？

这回的这些要求以往投稿都没有遇到过，还请哪位投过Optical engineering或者有类似经历的友提供宝贵意见，本人深表感谢。

请再读一遍要求，第一个文件只要text，这就是说最后figure 只要标题列表，不要附图，图作为单独文件再上传。
至于table ，可以直接附在倒数第二那部分，标题跟table一起，不要放在原文中。这么做的原因我认为table也可看成种text

期待高手！

1.title page是指含有标题的那一页，不是把标题单独弄成一页的意思。
2.删掉的不需要标记。
3.图片用原来的标题，不需要重新标记。图片格式通常可以在软件中export成期刊指定的格式

figure caption list放在最后，不是说的figure

首先非常感谢您的回答！但是，我还是有几点不明白的地方：

1，那就是说图还是该放文中哪里就是哪里，最后面只要把图的标题全部列出来？

2，另外，表格呢？也是该在文中哪个地方就是哪个地方吗？可是邮件里面说到文章内容顺序的时候倒数第二个还是表格，我就不太明白了。

修改稿所有内容放在一个WORD文件（双倍行距）即可，内容顺序是 title page, abstract, keywords/subject terms, text, acknowledgments, references, biographies, tables, list of figure captions （所有图的标题单独列写在一页里，放在最后）. (注意: 表格可以含标题).

这回算是明白了  主要是以前投稿或者修稿都没有遇过这样的  非常感谢

我还是不太明白是不是可以这样理解：正文里面不应该有图片，但是所有的图片标题放在文章最后，另外图片单独放在另外一个文件夹？
