中文参考文献改为英文有什么用

中文参考文献要翻译成英文吗：是在甚么场合使用？如果是发表在中文刊物，无需翻译参考文献，翻译篇名、摘要和关键词就能够了。如果是对外学术交换，应当把论文全篇包括参考文献都翻译为英语。

中文文献如果有英文版翻译的话以出版的英文翻译为准，没有的话就自己翻符合语法就行。作者用拼音，重点是格式吧，参考文献的格式是要求最重要的。
